FALLUJA, Iraq (Reuters) - U.S. tanks pounded targets in the rebel-held Sunni Muslim town of Falluja west of Baghdad on Tuesday and U.S. warplanes could be seen flying overhead, witnesses said.
Hours earlier, a car bomb attack on a U.S. patrol outside Falluja, west of Baghdad, killed seven American marines and three Iraqi National Guardsmen, in the deadliest single attack on U.S. forces in five months.
The U.S. military had no immediate comments on U.S. operations in Falluja. There were no immediate reports of casualties. Witnesses said tanks opened fire on buildings in the southeast district of Falluja and that militants returned fire.
Tanks are excellent message deliverers.
But---but--Al Sadr told his boys to knock it off! We had a deal!
I'm sure we'll corner the scum again and again we'll let them off the hook. I wouldn't want to be one of our soldiers over there knowing you can annihilate the enemy but being restrained by political considerations and knowing you'll see the same SOB in your sights again soon.
Shoot em all but nine. Six pallbearers, two roadguards and one mf'er countin cadence.
Sadr is in Najaf. Al Zarqawi is in Fallujah.
Sadr is Shi'ia and backed by Iran. Al Zarqawi is Sunni and backed by al Qaeda.
Different beasts, same coin.
5 Legislative Days Left Until The AWB Expires
whatever happened to good ol' flamethrowers? Have htey gone the route of napalm?
Sadr isn't tied to Fallujah.
Dare we hope they don't leave one building standing?
Ping
Why is it so difficult for most to see this?
The understanding of this is an important factor in the fight on terrorism.
The start date: November 4th
Say goodbye to the a**wipes.
Tic toc tic toc...
They forgot to say that it was the holy city of Falluja. Every 3rd world toilet in the muslim world becomes holy to the media when America is hitting it. If those Reuters bastards want holy, our tanks are sure to deliver on that!
Go America!!!!!!! Avenge our heroes.
Couldn't we start a little earlier? The polls are up. Ahh, come on, please.

It goes a level deeper than that.
Al Qaeda's operational headquarters is in Iran, with Osama Bin Laden's son, and has been for more than two years.
Iran and Al Qaeda have formed a strategic alliance at the highest levels of each entity.
Al Sadr and Zarqawi get their orders, and their paychecks, from the same Shura Council.
