Thanks! I wonder if any newspapers ran with this story today? I'm going to check my two local wastes of newsprint. I'll post back if they did.

Now it makes it into Newsmax?!?! I thought we could trust Newsmax??

With all due respect but where have you been hiding out? Newsmax is responsible for making too many Freepers think the Chinese own the Panama Canal. I catch them in their lies every time they write about Panama. They are always full of misinformation. Their target is the rightwing. They print invented scandals which seem to please the right.

I am always disappointed when Rush refers to an article from Newsmax. It makes me wonder what misinformation he is giving us.

I wrote Carl Limbacher this morning and he wrote me back and said this:

Dear Reader:

The AP story about Clinton being booed at the Bush rally was yanked from NewsMax as soon as I saw it this morning.

My apologies. An editor unfamiliar with the truth behind bogus report posted it without my knowledge. I intend to correct the record later today.

"Trust" NewsMax at your own peril.

We should Freep them. Not only did AP delete the reports of booing from their later story, a blogger using Nexis-Lexis has identified the author of the story as Tom Hays.
