Here is the audio of President Bush announcing Clintons health issue at a campaign apperance. The AP reported the crowd booed and it is getting picked up as fact all over the planet.
IT IS A FLAT OUT LIE!
Search your local papers tomorrow morning for the AP wire story on this, or any inhouse stories saying the crowd booed. Then write a letter to the editor for publication pointing out the lie and include in it a URL to the audio.
The AP lying. Imagine that!
Bookmarked and you bet I will.
My disappointment in Fox's report is that it was many hours after the AP story came out, yet no mention of the AP flat out lying.
This has been caught on several threads throughout the day, but it is amazing at the level the media will stoop to try to slime Bush. Heads should roll over this, but instead I bet a promotion is given.

Drudge now says AP retracts booing part, that "uncertainty" of crowd reaction led to pulling of that graf.
I'll check the coverage in the leftie lib Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the conservative, more-balanced Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
Those silly leftists are still trying to catch Republicans in a Wellstone moment. It is not gonna happen as Republicans have class.
Boos, cheers, easily confused. Probably just an honest mistake by the media. Could have happened to anybody.
/sarcasm
I just saw this newsclip and didn't hear a single boo. The other lie that was told is that President Bush did nothing to stop the "boos."
We'll have to change "lie like a guy" to "lie like the AP".
They were cheering the cheerers. Somebody needs to get their hearing checked.
AP'tards down on their knees for Kerry...again.
AP= Asinine Prevaricators
NBC Dateline just played the video with plenty of audio, and there was only cheering for Clinton's recovery. Not even a single boo. Bush made us proud, he didn't have to coach anyone to make the audience make a respectful response. The same thing that happened when Cheney mentioned Kerry's service to our country and the convention cheered.
According to Drudge, the AP is now saying that maybe the audience applauded clinton. Next thing you know, they'll spin it as a plug for Billy Jeff.
If they applauded, they applauded Bush's magnificent decency and the way he consistently tries to speak well of his predecessor in spite of clinton's vindictive attacks on him. It's very doubtful that they applauded the Sinkmeister.
I found this without much of a problem. It has the booing and blames Bush for doing nothing to gag his audience.

But really, what would some boos mean, even if there were some? They could be booing the illness rather than the man. It would then be a reporter's interpretation. But it's clear there were no boos anyway.
I will do that, thanks.
