Spokesman Confirms Rush Limbaugh Dating Daryn Kagan of CNN

Conservative radio kingpin Rush Limbaugh, 53 who has announced his speration from wife Marta in early June, is dating CNN anchor Daryn Kagan, 41 a spokesman for Limbaugh has confirmed to us.

The two were spotted at a party Limbaugh co-hosted at a New York restaurant, where guests included VP Dick Cheney, NY Gov. George Pataki and Sen. Bill Frist.

The coupling came as a surprise to some friends who consider the Atlanta based Kagen as part of the liberal media axis and a feminist-but then again, opposites attract.

Kagen, who has been with CNN for 10 years, hosts 'CNN Live Today.'

You know what I find interesting about us on the right? We don't idolize our idols.

By that I mean, Rush is a conservative icon. He's a widely loved, widely respected figure that often represents conservatism (right or wrong). He's got more listeners than anyone else, clearly very popular.

And yet, when he does something shady, we on the right are not afraid to say "Hey, that's shady". I dont think you find that same honesty on the left. If President Bush had 200 of his National Guard buddies calling him a liar and if he was accused of gettiong oral sex in his office, conservatives would call him on the carpet. Can the Left claim that same commitment to truth and honor?
