'I think it backfires,' McCain said of Miller's rhetorical assault on Kerry.
It is because of faulty thinking the above that McCain is a senator and not the President.

McCain has always been extremely inspirational right up to the time when he opens his mouth.

Sen. John McCain, who has pushed for civility in this years presidential race,
Well, yes. He wants everyone to be civil. Theres a reason for that. Have you ever seen McCain in person? Hes a little runt. He wants people to be civil in the worst way. If people are uncivil and get excited they might step on him by accident.

'I think it backfires,' McCain said of Miller's rhetorical assault on Kerry. Please....I wish the good people of Arizona would vote this moron out of office already.
What's even scarier is that more than a few comments have been made regarding how McCain may be the best hope for the Republicans in '08. If that's the case, than the party is surely in trouble.

'I think it backfires,' McCain said of Miller's rhetorical assault on Kerry. McCain you dunce. This is exactly why the Democrats with a "minority" run Congress like they are the "majority."

I think it's B.S. I get sick of listening to people tell me how "everybody" hates negative ads. I DON'T! All you hear is how these things "will surely backfire" blablabla! If everybody's so worried about them only backfiring, why do JF'nK and the rest of the rats have their panty's in a knot over them.
The fact is that these ads do exactly what they are intended to do. I want to know what the swift vets have to say. Just because Kerry and the rest of the democrats think that these ads are "negative" is no reason to prohibit me from hearing their position.
Crying about "attack" or negative ads is just a thinly veiled attempt to restrict first amendment rights.

Hey johnnie boy, look at Frank Lunz focus group of 17 undecided Indies. Zell pulled 11 to our side. And bob beckle on Fox, using "selective" information. When Brit first asked him about his group he said that Zell had done a B+ to A job. When Brit pressed him fo specifics, he said "One of my group ask,'Why is this guy so angry?'" but that could have been after the first two minutes. If it was a "B+ to A" there really couldn't be too much that they didn't like. mccain is an irretating little fellow. Aint he?

Doug Schoen, who was a Clinton pollster, thinks that Zell's speech works because it puts the focus on Kerry's Senate votes on national security. And even this Clintonite admitted that if the election is about Kerry, he loses.

One other thing on McCain. I remember Maria Shriver attempting to interview him after one of the primaries in 2000. He had just lost, was in a very foul mood, and took it out on her. Was that civil, to chew a reporter's head off when she was trying to do her job?

"Miller's Blast May Not Endear Swing Voters, John McCain Says"
Sure John, Senator Miller just doesn't have the sincerity, honesty and public appeal that you have...and Kerry's a war hero.
To: gopwinsin04
Why doesn't McCain just put on a dress and lipsick and book himself a hotel room with Kerry and Daschle and GET IT OVER WITH??
To: gopwinsin04
I have a feeling voters are swinging hard for Republicans(and Zell) after seeing images of the school massacre.

Ever get the feeling that McCain is the twin of JFKerry.
In our PC environment it is not considered "Christian" or polite to tell the truth. Yet the truth shall set you free.
McCain has prospered well in confinement.
