I missed that, as I switched back to foxnews but I suspect they're praising him as this is his last convention.
I just caught the tail end of his speech; I had to pick up my sick Viking Kitty at the vet. But I did set the VCR before I left, for later viewing... :-)
"There's a huge Sell Order for Kerry Stock at Tradesports.com; 1000 shares at 43.0. But he cannot fill it. Bush is at 59.2"
That's hardly huge, and anyway it's 2 away from the market.
Thank you Jesus for Brokaw announcing it is his last convention.
Great speech by W and now this.
Thankfully, for our side: Kerry is to "wise" as Michael Moore is to "SlimFast." :)
No, Matthews loves the call for a higher purpose. The President was magnificent tonight. He put it out there, paths to personal responsibility and paths to liberty around the world.
Oh, no, they don't.
All right; who has midnight tonight in the Ketchup Dean Crackup Pool?
Crowd was chanting "NOT JOHN KERRY" after the Cardinal's prayer.
Mr. Steele, you left your mark.
Well FReepers, good job, all. I sit here, still sniffling, counting myself proud to have FReeped with you for this convention.
Please be safe if and as you travel for the long weekend. We now officially have 60 days remaining days until the election. Some of you have a deadline tomorrow (Friday) to register to vote. Everyone else--check the Federal Election Commission's website...they should have a schedule of deadlines.
Well, this LeftCoaster (but CERTAINLY not Left-winger) needs to retire. Thanks again, and good night.
Scores?
Leean kept wanting people to dance....
I'll dance with her!

And he's a (reasonable) Democrat!!!

Yes.......shall we start a new thread, or stay on this one???
I think he's gonna deliver it as is. He's not smart enough to know what a colossal F-Up this stunt tonite is going to be.
Note to F'n Kerry, people in Ohio will show up for a midnight b-ball practice because Midnight Maddness is a tradition.
They will NOT show up to your assinine midnight rally (unless they are homeless or DRUNK) because they think you're a NUTJOB!
Ajourned.
Say goodnight Denny.
Some of the 9-11 hijackers were in the U.S. illegally.
One of the D.C. "snipers" was here illegally.
Locally, yet another recent murder was committed by an illegal.
This is too common, it is repeated daily across the country.
Last week another So. Cal. hospital went bankrupt due to the cost of providing care for illegals.
Your property tax's are far higher than they should be, to pay for the care, education, and too frequently the incarceration, of those same illegals that are doing your chores so "cheaply"!
Heh.. I remember that said in CokeMusic rooms when they were having their contest.
Yeah it's over...Kerry is toast...I now know who I'm voting for!!!
BTW...I can also tell it's over b/c a certain board I frequent has reduced themselves to attacked 1st lady Bush.. Pathetic!
