Jives with the tone of the reports in Asia Times touting a biggie under wraps etc etc.

Don't wait til October!

Coop, why don't you show the folks the whole quote?

It's your quote. I'm sure you can handle it. And I'm sorry to say that adding the qualifier to the end makes your statement no less absurd.

Zell Miller is proof that Paul Coverdell didn't die in vain...

Yes indeed - if Sen Coverdell was still alive, we never would have heard that speech last night, and, since Zell didn't have his falling out with the Dims till he went to DC, he *may* have supported sKerry, not realizing how bad he was.

We can only speculate.

Still, though, I miss Sen. Coverdell.

Bingo

But we all have to go out and vote to make sure it's a tsunami-everyone from the dog catchers to the congress critters must ride the wave. Turnout, turnout, turnout.

Of curse I can post the rest of my quote. The point is that in honest discourse I should not have to. It is just not right to force someone to defend a partial quote. If the "qualifier to the end" does not change the sense, why not show it to people? It is the accepted and better practice.

But I am not going to bother to quote my own remarks to make them complete against a charge which is neither properly drawn nor supported with any particulars whatsoever.

I am content to let the reader judge the matter as it stands.

Good. Then please quit whining.

The time to announce it would be early next week, after the convention glow has faded a bit and the public is in the middle of hearing bad hurricane news and ankle-biting counterattack frenzy from the Kerry campaign.

Ron Silver's not the usual dope Ron Reagan is used to talking to.

So, you're saying that emails with virus attachments can't be trusted as true sources of information? I thought for sure the penis pill claims were true in that Netsky email I got. I guess I'm just gullible.

It would be STUPID to release that news tonight. It would eat his whole convention speech. Release it next week when he goes on his post-convention barn-storming trip.

I miss the Paul Coverdell campaign jingle sung by that old woman.

Now the reader will no doubt judge you as well as your assertions and you will be judged small for that last throwaway remark.

Makes one think that Providence had a hand in this.

"Let's put Paul Coverdell in the Senate,
And kick Wyche Fowler out.
We don't need Fowler for a minute
And that's without a doubt."

"That Wyche Fowler, he's just like Teddy Kennedy!"

I was very proud of the young Republicans' quick thinking and good humored handling of the situation and I wish the news would include THAT.

You won't hear it on the major news networks...that why FR is so important!

FBI records supposed to exist. He was under surveilance on orders from Dick Nixon, who hated all the pimple faced hippies protesting the war.

No, Trippi said "it isn't dead... yet"""

It is on life support, drowning, and Teddy Kennedy is in charge of the water rescue.
