Posted on 09/01/2004 6:18:12 PM PDT by xlib

CSPAN isn't working too well, even though I have a DSL connection. Anybody know of another live link?

Official site for the RNC.

I think it requires MS-Windows' player (that it doesn't take RealPlayer).

Many AM radio stations are running it live, also. Many of these AM stations stream online. Just do a little searching.

Thanks, Tom.

I gave those links to the freeper needing them too.

He should be able to watch online with all the links from everyone.

I'm on a DSL too. Real Player craps out but Windows Media Player hasn't crapped out ever. Try this:

CSPAN LIVE VIA WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER

How did you find all those streaming feeds?

Well, I load each on the web page, then right click and check properties for the streaming name. That streaming name is the one that the Player uses.

Some websites have pop-up javascripted controls, so they are a bit more difficult to extract the streaming name from.

All of the speeches are available for free download as a high-quality audio file at the Apple Music Store in the iTunes application for Windows or Mac.
