Do we have a regional or cultural difference of perspective here.

I'm in Nashville....where are you Oceanview?

I'm male as well...we tend to like red meat better but I know at least two lady freepers that share my view on this.

Not flaming...I'm too happy....but I am curious about the basis of ya'lls' perspective in the face of 99% of the rest of us....and we all saw the same stuff.

Do you consider yourselves social conservatives too?

I'd like to know cause your interpretation of this evening baffles me to be quite honest.

convincing 11 of 17 OH swing voters to vote Bush in ONE NIGHT is NOT "Freepers having rose colored glasses"

Press release? The incredible clumsiness they've shown so far, and Kerry's unwillingness to stand up for himself, tells me they'll spend the next WEEK trying to find some obscure pubbie to come speak out on their side.

I thought it was supposed to be an endorsement by the FDNY. No surprise that wasn't covered in the MSM

Now Ron Reagan is saying Zell loved Kerry just 3 years ago, and he was bought off.

So easily defused by Zell's line about the implications/ramifications of electing a Senator are completing different from those of the man who's finger will be on the nuke/war trigger.

There are lots of freepers I recommend to volunteer for a freep protest, few I'd recommend take over my business. Surely the GOP won't struggle a second at slapping that spin down.

MSNBC did a focus group of undecideds. Out of 17, 11 now lean toward Bush. Each and every one thought that Zell Miller was right on and a man to be respected.

ANy other thoughts?

Andrea Mitchell seemed discombobulated! (I've been wanting an occasion to use that word, and her head turning from right to left and blubbering iananities seems to fit! LOL)

Listen to this: Bill Kristol thinks Zell Miller's speech was FABULOUS; he thinks this convention has been a huge success!

"Official Prayer Thread: WHISTLEBLOWERS COME FORWARD This is a non-denominational prayer-circle thread designed to call on the power of whatever God or Goddess we believe in (please be specific, though you can make one up if you're undecided or don't want to say) ..."

LOL: I KNOW some of these folks here in Ithaca... I'm sure they're joining in, but I'm not afraid of what THEY call "god".

Well, Miller should have accused any RAT who supported Kerry's past behavior and silence or lies about him now...of supporting treason. I saw a bit of Kerry's speech before the Am. Legion earlier tonight, and the bags under his eyes are back big time. He needs more botox or another mini-facelift pronto.

I saw the comment by Silver.

He said there are many who, in pblic, are saying they are Kerry supporters, but when that curtian closes on that booth, they look at the ballot and say.

"To hell with it, I'm voting for the SOB (Bush) because He'll make us safer."

He also implied he knew many who felt this way.

Susan Estrich just criticized Cheney's speech for not having any "sunshine."

Great news (regarding that MSNBC focus group). .....but not surprising.
