You start out dumping on some states and cities you claim are more liberal than Califoria and that you say the US would be better off without, then you go into liberal denial mode when it is pointed out that everything you have said about New England, Seattle, etc. is just as true about California. Get over it. California has gone for the Rats three elections in a row. Some qualified analysts were critical of Bush in 2000 for even bothering with California, and again this time they are saying he should not bother with California since if it gets to the point where President Bush carries California it won't matter anyway because it will already be a landslide. New Hampshire, Maine, Oregon, Washington state, and even Connecticut and New Jersey are all more likely to go for President Bush than California.
They don't call it the 'Left Coast' for nothing.
