Chris Matthews just slammed Bush....said Laura stayed with him while he was a drunk...throwing back the 6 packs....

It looked like JC Watts wanted to smack him, but he said nothing.

'interesting' should read 'charismatic'. May the viking kittens strike me down for my terminal, intermittent Poor Word Choice Syndrome :(

Well at this time Arnold can't run for President and a Constitutional Amendment allowing it most likely would take longer than four years if it passed at all which I doubt.

As for Rudy, I'd rather him run for the Senate and knock out Hillary or Chucky. He might be conservative on fiscal and national security issues but he is way to liberal on the social side.

Buchanan spouting the same ole isolationist (pro-Arabist) nonsense in an interview with Greta now.

"I think you need to learn a little more about keeping your nasty comments to yourself. Please, quit the name-calling of the Bush daughters."

"My nephew is in Iraq. He is 22. He doesn't talk trash like those two airheads did. He is fighting for us."

I wish I could think of something clever to say to you right now, but since *my* husband is an activated Reservist, which makes me virtually a single mother of two small children, my brain is a little fried.
Nice try.

how about a republican who wouldn't advance an issue like abortion either way if elected - who would just maintain whatever the status quo was at the time he was elected.

who would be more likely to appoint pro-life judges - Rudy Giuliani or Hillary Clinton?

They are really, really mad that sKerry isn't standing up to the Swifties for them (and are maybe "concerned" that he won't stand up and fight for them). Heeheeheehee.

Then there's the charming "My letter to Kerry: Get the "f" off your wind-surfer and WORK!" (only not abbreviated).

As I was saying goodnight to my ten year old daughter who is very interested in watching all of this (she followed the California race, too, and LOVED Arnold tonight) I asked her opinion on the twins. I hadn't said anything during the event itself as we were watching while I read FR, too.

She thought they were good. I THEN told her about the criticisms and she thought it was silly.

Trust me, the kid is savvy. If they were lame she would have said so.

"The girls at my daughter's sorority loved them and thought they were cute. The guy's at my son's fraternity absolutely loved them. They could have said mush and the guys would have thought they were wonderful."

That say a lot! bwahahaha Just what we need people voting based on looks. Beer foam, all froth and no substance!
