Protester has kicked a police officer off of his scooter outside of Madison Square Garden. Officer is in critical condition.
You mean another back-pack wearing trust fund kid has once again hurt a cop, just like the trust fund kids who rappelled from the most expensive Hotel in NYC, the Plaza.
I lift him up to God, and I lift you up as well. You are both in the palm of God's Hand; may you feel His love surround you...
In Jesus name.
(Old cop joke)
Q: How many cops does it take to throw a handcuffed prisoner down a flight of stairs in the jail basement?
A: None. They ALWAYS jump.
The "heart and soul" of Kerry/Edwards America. They must be so proud.
The cockroaches are out. Where's the Raid?
"We should be seeing this all over major media outlets by morning. "
I wouldn't count on it.
Hey, I got in the Detective Bureau, first day was yesterday. I'm being taken off SWAT as soon as they find a replacement.
So, I guess I'm finally a 'Dick.' hahahahahaha
Anyone heard how the officer is doing this morning?
a Kerry supporter has kicked a police officer off his scooter
George W. Bush will be reelected by a margin of at least ten per cent
...yet another headline you will never see
Like you, I hope we can get an update on the officer's condition today.
Watched the convention last night but didn't come on line and had no idea the violence broke out until I heard it on the local news this morning. WABC reported that the officer is unconscious. This anti-Bush crowd will stop at nothing. Today could get ugly.
Thanks for the update, and please keep us posted.
How could that be? (mock surprise) Kerry's supporters are all about peace. The officer must have 'asked for it'. I'll bet he had a Bush/Cheney sticker on his scooter.
Seriously, and sadly shaking head, the leftie-Dem bunch say they 'want peace'. But their true face shows when they have to 'deal with' any opposition. And in true socialist fashion, any opposition is dealt with using violence. The officer was there to protect and serve both convention goer and leftie protester alike, but that would be lost on people like this one.
No, can't say I have. The media probably doesn't want to cover that too closely.
LOL! Does the phrase "when hell freezes over" sound familiar? My observation is that at least the Republicans allow protesters (a fact of which the left and the mediawing of the DNC is taking full advantage). I just want somebody to stand up and say firmly that "AT LEAST REPUBLICANS DON'T IMPRISON THEIR PROTESTERS SEVERAL BLOCKS AWAY IN A CAGE WITH RAZOR WIRE!"
NYPD sure is doing a great job under extreme conditions. My prayers for them. I'm sure the Kerry supporters want them to turn this into another Chicago.
The panel on Hume's show on FNC last night was talking about the LEOs in NYC. The LEOs are being polite, kind, helpful, restrained. The consensus was that they had never seen such a wonderful group of LEOs, one even lit a cigar for someone, and that it would be darn difficult for the Left to try and pin a rap on these officers if trouble started.
I heard that last night, how great the NYPD was doing, these left wing terrorists need to be dealt with the same way we're dealing with their comrades in Iraq and Afghanistan. Time to quit coddling them and rolling over every time they destroy a city with their protests.
1) I am aghast at the suggestion that anyone from the great state of Tennessee would ever behave in such a manner.
and
2) The Titans deserve a whole lot worse for trading away Eddie George.
:)
Beatniks may or may not be extinct now -- I don't know. But deadbeats will always be with us in one form or another!
