If there are any deluded souls out there who still believe George W. Bush is a conservative, I invite them to examine the 2004 Republican Party platform on the issue of amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Bush is for it. That makes him a liberal. Worse, he proclaims that the amnesty is not an amnesty. So he is not only a liberal, but a liar as well.

Then keep your dismal little crybaby tales and disingenous schemes in the Arizona state forum, okay?
Show me a poll.
5 Legislative Days Left Until The AWB Expires
You think it was different when it was whiskey and wine?
It wont matter which party wins in the long run if Rove has his way and turns this county into a world state. Every amnesty immigrant by federal law will be allowed to vote thus diluting our votes in the long run should this partys new platform be allowed to take hold and they win. Offering citizenship to every person the planet, suggests that US citizenship has no more advantage accept than being forced to pay taxes to the majority of the worlds workers so that only a few can benefit from cheep labor. Collecting taxes for more social services and diluting the political voice of the citizen is not a republic value, but then things have changed as amnesty being part of the platform does just that!
The illegal immigrants will work for nothing because their living expenses are being paid for (socialism is not a republican value), and they will vote solicits-republic in 2008 cause they are being offers amnesty in 2005, that is Roves grand plan. Slavery and plantations ended in the civil war, communism failed, but these geniuses planning the future of the republican party perhaps just forgot their history, how else can anybody explain such poor vision?
Unless this party turns back to its conservative base their own demise will be unstoppable regardless if we vote wisely. By the diluting of our votes from the registration of these new comers, every legal US citizen in the long run will have less and less representation and less and less of a political voice. Throwing away things (votes) that amount to nothing is justifiable; ...at least here in the southwest...

I wouldn't want to go there, Luis. Don't know if I saved the article, but Hutchinson or Bonner openly admitted they only catch maybe one in five. Think it was on Lou Dobbs' show. ICE's record for interior enforcement is even less favorable.
Good night, Mr. Fufkin.
Towards the bottom of the home page:
Free Republic is not affiliated with any political party, group, news source, government agency or anyone else.
Mind you, that's ONLY apprehensions by the Border Patrol, and ONLY in those States listed.
It doesn't take into account the interceptions at sea by the US Coast Guard, and what apprehensions happen elsewhere in the nation.
See ya Arator.
The poster is yammering about unenforced borders, Marine Inspector's numbers paint a picture of something other than uninforced borders.
One in five?
More guessing?
Who are we? Free Republic is a loosely organized group of grassroots Americans who support our Constitution and look for honesty, integrity and honor from those in government. Like millions of Americans, we are fed up with our out of control federal government. Therefore, we are working together to roll back decades of liberal/socialist public policy and eliminate the waste, fraud, abuse and corruption pervasive in Washington today. We also call for the strengthening of our military and defenses; the effective control over illegal immigration and smuggling; the paying down the national debt; and strict control over federal agencies like the CIA and the FBI
Hey! That's what I did last time. I bought the sob story about giving him a chance to plug the border. yada, yada
I can't stand that Bush hasn't responded to the illegal immigrant issue and that our borders are wide open...but then again, what's the alternative? sKerry and "Silky Pony"?
Was the government watching tons of that stuff come over too? The border is watched in some places which is good but the policies are very lax in general, you rarely have to show an ID at either type of border check-point and very few cars or trucks are checked.
Did you have to work overtime to get that stupid, or does it just come natural to you?
I'm am a great Googler, and I failed to find one single quote from Hutchinson saying that we only stopped one in five illegal aliens trying to cross the border.
I'd like to see your source.
