The Kerry campaign rebutted the ads with Navy records and witnesses who served with him. That explains why the Kerry campaign has already backpedaled on at least two of the issues, Cambodia and the 1st PH. Also, this must be why Sec Lehman doesn't know how his sig got put on Kerry's Silver Star re-do cert.

Richard Zaner, 70, a Korean War veteranMaybe, but Korean War ended 51 years ago last month . . I guess there were a few teenagers in it, but not many. Lot of people claim to be vets of one war or another when it suits their purposes. BTW I write as a "Korean veteran" 1951-53 and I was not a teenager.

We have jobs - and more importantly, we have class.
That said, these lefties better watch their 6:00 - we Texans tend to greet trespassers with buckshot.

They might have a hard time finding him. Did he ever become a US citizen?
George Soros Founder and Chairman George Soros was born in Budapest, Hungary on August 12, 1930. He survived the Nazi occupation of Budapest and left communist Hungary in 1947 for England, where he graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE). While a student at LSE, Soros became familiar with the work of the philosopher Karl Popper, who had a profound influence on his thinking and later on his professional and philanthropic activities.
The financier. In 1956, Soros moved to the United States, where he began to accumulate a large fortune through an international investment fund he founded and managed. Today he is chairman of Soros Fund Management LLC.
The philanthropist. Soros has been active as a philanthropist since 1979, when he began providing funds to help black students attend the University of Cape Town in apartheid South Africa. Today he is chairman of the Open Society Institute (OSI) and the founder of a network of philanthropic organizations that are active in more than 50 countries. Based primarily in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Unionbut also in Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the United Statesthese foundations are dedicated to building and maintaining the infrastructure and institutions of an open society. They work closely with OSI to develop and implement a range of programs focusing on civil society, education, media, public health, and human rights as well as social, legal, and economic reform. In recent years, OSI and the Soros foundations network have spent more than $400 million annually to support projects in these and other focus areas. In 1992, Soros founded Central European University, with its primary campus in Budapest.

This mob of protestors is a bunch of terrorists. Attempts to intimidate a man in his own home and threaten his family and neighbors has to be met with the swift hand of the law. if the law does not respond, then self defense becomes the only legitimate response to the terrorists at the front door.

Be careful of what you pollute you may have to eat or drink it! I refer to your and American history's discription of the "brownshirts" If you watch the Republican Convention you will see public disruption of the program in a manner never before seen in the USofA. You and others will ask; how can these thugs be stopped? These same communist/anarchist disruptors were in Germany in the early 1930's. The public couldn't take any more and turned to the National Socialists to stop them. The solution, be just like the disruptors, only more violent and they had government backing. It could happen here! I believer that the local police must show sufficient force to stop the disruptions. This way local authority gets the credit and not some national "thugs".

It's just like Rush said the other day - the Left is doing everything to win this election and nothing is working. We're still in the lead and it's driving them crazy. They're gonna be dumbfounded when they've done all they could and still lose.

You wrote...
Where are our Conservative protesters?
There are so many Kerry backers that the home of any one of them should be easy to find.
Besides Soros there's Bob Bauer, Ellen Malcome, Harold Ickes, all the guys from Moveon.org, etc., etc.
If the Liberals are going to do "house calls" to Conservative backers, then they can't complain when their people get the same treatment.
So, where are OUR guys?
The answers...
1. We have jobs.
2. We have class.
3. We're positive, not negative and protesting is essentially a negative activity.
I do remember a pretty good protest conducted by a chicken farmer when I lived in the pre-Thatcher UK. The union struck, shut down power, cost him a bunch of chicks. They did again and he had enough. He showed up at the picket line and protested by spraying 10,000 gallons of liquefied chicken manure. When chased back to his farm, he ended all further protest by firing a shotgun in the air.
Of course, if one were to spray liquefied manure on a group of Kerryites, it would only confuse them, not upset them. They would turn to Algore and declare global warming really is here. How do they know? Well, they're melting of course.

Soros is an American citizen. I heard Congressman Billybob (the freeper) say that he is, on Jerry Agar's radio talk show Friday Aug 27.

"We deeply resent what he's doing to the veterans," Plural? The only veteran the ads talk about is John Kerry. Oh, yeah, he does qualify as at least two veterans---the war hero and the war criminal.
To: SkyPilot
I have given $200 to SBVT, so far.
I feel insulted that there haven't been any protesters in front of my house.

Good grief, my home is in Nassau Bay, TX but I didn't know this happened! If I had known about this, I would have at least shown up to heckle the leftist mob.

Look's like he's a big anti-war idiot with "Veterans Call to Conscience." His signature appears at the end of the anti-war BS rant.

I wonder if the protesters obtained a permit. If one is required, they broke more than one law. To trespass on Perry's property shows a complete lack of class as well as group stupidity. The protesters prove that: "when all think alike, no one thinks very much."
