I believe that all things happen for a reason. I had a conversation with a golf buddy of mine (who is a Korean war vet) early in the summer, in which he let it be known that he still thought that we were in Vietnam for the wrong reasons.

Yesterday, when we were sitting at the 19th hole, he amazed me with the detail he went into about what he knew precisely about not only Kerry's service in the war, but what led to ever single silver star, bronze star, and purple heart. This story is making people sit up and take notice. And I also believe that it is making them rethink some notions that they had about what went on in the 60's.
