Novak on Kerry’s first Purple Heart
CNN's Crossfire | 8/26/04 | Bob Novak

Posted on 08/26/2004 1:58:18 PM PDT by YankeeFan

Watching Crossfire on CNN.

Novak implied that one of the two men on the boat with Kerry during his first Purple Heart will come forward to contradict Kerry’s story.

He wouldn’t tell Carville the name of the person, but said it would come out soon.

Should be fun.

" Kerry fought in Vietnam?

----On whose side?"

He fought for the US before he fought against the US.

I don't know that anyone has seen an implosion like this, or that we ever will again. It is almost becoming overwhelming.

In an exciting sort of way.

I predict that its aftermath is going to be America experiencing a cultural revolution no less dramatic than the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Who would have imagined in 2000 what the stakes were to a Bush victory? Who could have seen Kerry being the dem candidate drawing the ire of true Americans with very long memories and an agenda? Who could have foreseen these wonderful veterans saying, "Stop! No more lying! This guy's got to go"?

The sky's the limit here. The MSM is in fast-head-swivel mode and the ground is running in undulations under their feet. The dem ideology is being exposed for what it is, and one of its facets is, Dems can't win wars any more, thereby endangering America.

This is huge. Way beyond huge.

God bless the Swiftees.

If Hillary is prone to getting and not just giving headaches, she's gotta have a blockbuster about now. I just don't see how the dems can pull out of this nosedive with any grace, and, in fact, I don't think the smell of this fiasco is going to go away for a long political time.

sKerry has repeatedly stated that this was the scariest night of his life.

After November 2 I think he'll have to revise this date.

Kerry is probably going to have to rephrase that statement by Nov 5.

That's interesting that you wrote "November 5." Last night while praying with my prayer partner, I asked the Lord to have all controversy that might erupt from this election to be settled finally and forever by November 5.

Doesn't he address some veterans group this weekend; that will be the scariest moment of his life. The timing of all these revelations are outstanding. Dems call it suspicious.

LMAO! I can only hope. And you know that if there's the slightest chance for sKerry to contest the election results, he will eagerly follow in Algore's dishonorable footsteps.

Dog has just about the best memory going for names and places. He can distinguish one "Abu Akhmed" from another, and remember where he read about Abu Akhmed's second cousin being the son-in-law of OBL.

Good Morning, Gretchen. Haven't read thru the thread fully this morning, but another medal scandal for Kerry out this morning about his embellished language use. Every day, one or 2 little tidbits.

Ah, the welcome sight and welcome sound of political death by a thousand cuts.

With 35-year-old knives drenched in comrades' blood.
