You think support for abortion is genetic? Don't be naive. Even if an abortion supporter aborts all of their children, they can still spread their ideology through schools, universities, the media etc.

That's why school choice is so important, but people distract from the real issue and bring in religion and make religion the issue. It silences dissent.

Ah, angry mob justice. Is there anything more American?

What was the Boston Tea Party?

Or were you being sarcastic?

In my understanding, a doctor would ONLY okay this procedure if the mother's life or health was at risk. Other examples: The child is already dead or has some deformity or abnormality

If the child is already dead, why would this be an abortion? If you are talking about "deformity or abnormality" define for me which ones you are referring to.

And speaking of angry mob justice...public hangings for lawbreakers was an accepted form of punishment for a long time in the United States...including murderers.

Got any links or anything else to suport your "understanding".

What do you understand "a risk to the mother's health" to include??

Or, perhaps more precisely, can you think of anything that would not be covered, regarding a pregnant woman, when speaking of "risks to her health"??

Guns don't kill people.
Abortion clinics kill people.

But, then, the doctors stand to make quite a handsome little profit from adopting this line of "thinking".

They have clinics that do nothing but mass produce death every day. Babies by the bag fulls are thrown into the incinerator like garbage.
THIS is the REAL face of liberalism.

If there is no health reason to do a PBA, then why not just put the exception in there?

Because putting the word "health" in there creates a loophole so wide you could sail the Titanic through it. Virtually every abortion could be said necessary for the "mental health" of the woman.

"Dr. Doe" told U.S. District Court Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton he often delivers all of the child’s body with the exception of the head, which remains inside the woman, and then uses scissors to cut the neck and separate the child’s head from the body.

He testified he would then use forceps to crush the head before removing it from the woman's body.

An abortion provider in the New York City trial testified an unborn child often is dismembered during the procedure and does not immediately die after limbs are pulled off.

Such evil!

What was the Boston Tea Party?

The revolutionaries had no way to get the laws changed. They weren't represented in Parliament. Revolt was the only option.

We have numerous avenues to deal with government decisions we do not like. We can elect representatives who agree with us. We can appoint judges who agree with us. We can amend the Constitution.

Unless we lose such rights to change the laws, armed revolt is not a legitimate way to have our grievances addressed.

See "Second Amendment" for clarification.

I have no problem with public executions of criminals sentenced to such punishment in a court of law.

I am opposed to a bunch af yahoos dragging somebody out and stringing them up just because they don't like the current state of the law.

"But there are pleanty of doctors who perform abortions intrastate. It would be a stretch to say "the medical profession" is involved in interstate commerce. That would put ALL medical activities under the feds. You want that? Sorry, that won't fly.

It flew fine as a motivation for creating the Constitution in the first place. The Articles of Confederation were deemed impotent regarding the protection of individual rights and compatition in the marketplace. When the market is substantially interstate, those operating intrastate are competing with the rest.

"But there are pleanty of doctors who perform abortions intrastate. It would be a stretch to say "the medical profession" is involved in interstate commerce. That would put ALL medical activities under the feds. You want that? Sorry, that won't fly. The 14th Amend guarantees fed rights. Fed rights? What are those? Murder is not a federal matter. "

Life and Freedom are good enough for this discussion. THe 14th Amend. was created, because the States were denying life and liberty to certain people, because of arbitrary reasons. The feds have the power to ensure the people of the US are treated equally under the law and are not denied their rights on such bogus justifications such as gender, age, color, or apetite size. It's the right to life and due process/eqquality under the law at question here.

THere's no right to hire a hitman to off someone, because they fall under a certain age and the act is done "in private". Since murder inc is involved in interstate commerce and it, the courts and the States are deny young folks their lives on an unequal basis, Congress should act. You can't deny equality under the color of law. It's that simple.

If the _itch wants to kill her kid, let her do it herself in the friggin' ally where all the other murders do their vile acts.

Such evil!

And so many people have no idea what abortion is. They're told it's just a "fetus" like a blob of jello until it takes it's first breath. Oxygen turns it into a baby!
I went to a DUmmies thread on abortion once. Some skank actually said it's just a blob until it's born. I kid you not.

And if our elected officials won't do it...then we, the people should do it...by force if necessary.

The second civil war? Hmmmmmmmm.
