Fox will cover the speech live...one key question..will Kerry take questions from the press. Will he be asked to release his contemporaneous diaries? Will he be asked to release his complete military records? Will he attempt to mitigate his hideous testimony to the Senate accusing Americans of War crimes?..Will he say he was wrong about being in Cambodia?
Like the Budweiser commercial: True, true.
Yes those TWO Americas that little legal beagle Johnny Edwards keeps telling us about.
31 minutes late & counting
I wish I could find your post more humorous. Watch for him to paint some of his campaign staff as bad guys, i.e., "My campaign staff advised me strongly against this, but I had to take the high road....." BS.
It's 0030 here in Tokyo and I can't go to bed until I hear what his game plan is... damn... full day tommorrow, too.
excellent find/
Ping
Don't remember it myself either...
Well he did "bring it on" himself. The rats and the media viciously went after Bush about his service in the National Guard long before the Swift Boat Vets came forward. As the saying goes, what goes around usually does come around.
Sure wonder how "all the rest of the veterans" feel about this comment of Kerry's???
Bet there are thousands with steam coming out of their ears about now!!!
BTTT!!!!!!
With the changed technology world there isn't nothing the LSM can do to try and do a 'Jennifer Flowers' on these guys.
Hey! I'm having heck finding unsweetened bottled green tea like you can find in every 7-11 and vending machine in Tokyo. Of course, I am in a rural area....
KERRY: "When we dedicated swift boat one in '92, I said to all the swift guys that I wasn't talking about the swifties, I was talking about all the rest of the veterans."
Oh, that's nice. The vets will really break down the doors to volunteer for Kerry/Edwards '04 after reading that little gem.
What an a$$hole. I mean, really. This is right out of a Woody Allen movie.
Be Seeing You,
Chris
BWAA... HAHAHAHAHAHA!
I don't understand, is he giving this press conferrence via phone? What's going on? A little help for the TVless please!
I think the guy next to Ramsey Clark is Al Hubbard
From Kerry's "The New Soldier":
Al Hubbard Sgt., 22 Troop Carrier Squadron Aug. 65-June 66
Emotions: Walking down the flight line at Saigon past stacks of aluminum cases containing American bodies and past stacks of aluminum luggage containing American currency. Seeing the tight, sad face of an Airman loading the bodies aboard a dirty Air Force Transport and the wide smiling face of a stewardess greeting the passengers aboard a clean Pan American Clipper Jet. Hearing a Vietnamese beg you to leave his country and an American colonel tells you to bomb his country. Hearing a Vietnamese invite you to live in his home, after the war and an American explain why you cant live in his block, after the war. Flying over barren, brown, safe American held terrain and over lush, green unsafe enemy terrain. Feeling happy to be leaving a country in which you do not belong and sad to be returning to a country in which you are not allowed to belong. Sacrificing a portion of your consciousness so you wont have to deal with being there and building mental blocks so you wont have to deal with having been there.
- Al Hubbard, proven fraud who never set foot in Viet Nam. The only Vietnamese he ever met was when he was collaborating with the North Vietnamese in Paris on the American Communist Party's nickel.
John Kerry's explanation: "He (Hubbard) simply exaggarated his particular position. But nobody knew it at the time. And those things happen."
wonder if I have time to take a potty break?
