"I think he's one of the few libs that has some semblance of decency."

I usually get flamed for this, but I agree. Alan Colmes strikes me as a decent and honest man (for a liberal).

Well, now I'm getting ticked off at him again - he's being a real pain in the butt to Jay Nordlinger of National Review.

It looked like Colmes was visibly shaken by this man's story. He is an honest and honorable hero who has to be respected. No man's conscious can condone what Kerry did to this man. Colmes does appreciate the soldiers, even if he is a lefty and the question marks are showing in his face??

Was listening to Alan on the way home on his radio show with Dr. James Dobson. Alan's a very nice man.

Yep, I'm with you. Alan Colmes is about the only liberal I can stand. He's confused, but I gained a ton of respect for him waaay back, when Sean Hannity cornered some wacko anti-war activist with a "So, if we go to war with Iraq, who do you want to win?" question, and the basta## wouldn't answer the question. Colmes was stunned, and covered for him with a "Of course both sides of the fence, conservative and liberal, hope for a quick victory for US forces...." response, but he looked stunned and shook that he was on the same side as this cretin. I wish guys like Alan would wise up and either bring their nutty leftist party back to being pro US, or quit and join the Republicans. I wonder what Lieberman, another decent but misguided soul, thinks of their party of crazed Deniacs?
