Galante accusing Kerry of aiding and abetting enemy.
Very damning article. Once an arse, always an arse.
You are correct. This is visceral hatred. What the Swifts are doing is the penultimate purpose of the U.S. citizen's right to speak.
That sounds like what was said about Alger Hiss back in the 40's.
Really? Then what would she call
what our 2-term Pres. Billy did??
Thanks for the info. I haven't read the book yet.
"That sounds like what was said about Alger Hiss back in the 40's.:
Yes, I know. I'm trying to keep the tinfoil in the kitchen drawer, but, by golly, it's not all that far from my reach.
I know it sounds paraniod, but J. Fing K, really fits the bill.
Then he and the others WERE tortured with Kerry's actual words.
The salient point here is that Paul Galanti said, "I have never met john kerry, I do not know john kerry, but I had never heard any other man pronounce Genghis Khan as (Jeengiss) Khan (the very same way that the "Naval Officer" in the tape that the guards played to him during torture, pronounced it.
Paul Galanti had watched (a couple of months ago) a replay of kerry's Fulbright Commission testimony, and when he heard the pronunciation by kerry, he had the "Flashback".
He also stated that it had propelled him directly back to Hanoi, and his endless years of captivity, and torture!
This man is possibly the noblest person I have ever witnessed giving testimony. Webster's has this gentleman's picture beside the word VALOR!!!

I didn't mean to imply that what Galante said applied to every prisoner. He was just clarifying his own personal experience, as I understood it.
He distinctly said he was tortured until Ho died. Didn't say "continuously."
Thanks for that post.
And we do ....
I repeat.
John Forbes Kerry is a condescending imperious fop.
Great chronology of the leftist movement!
DON'T forget the "Killing Fields" in Cambodia. Countless were tortured, and murdered... or enslaved if lucky. kerry is just a duplicitous in this matter, as in South Vietnam.

Excellent letter, but check your spelling of Los Angles (I know it's just a typo but papers are picky)
No. My dad taught me to never, ever hit a girl. No matter what.
However, he never mentioned anything about not cooling them off with a fire hose....
Excellent but you must shorten it drastically or an editor will.
He did say that Kerry's speech was played over loudspeakers to the POWs.
"Then he and the others WERE tortured with Kerry's actual words."

True. I think he was being very careful to be absolutely accurate about his own experience. Listening to him tell about that, and imagining seven years in that hell - it takes your breath away.
Like a true hero, he projected a very calm demeanor and in some ways almost downplayed what he endured. I'm afraid the younger generation might not understand what these people went through. I almost wish that Sean had shown pictures of the POWS getting off the planes from Vietnam, to underscore what these men endured.
