Uh! OH!

This sounds all too familiar.

I hate to see something like this happening to anybody or any country.

Sloppy Joes are a sandwich on a hanburger bun or any bread of your choosing. It is made of ground beef (or turkey or chicken) with a sauce and some spices. It's really messy to eat (Hence the name) but they are good!

Maybe some of the others can tell you more but that's all I know about them.

Is that where? I just heard them say elections.

OK, BBQ's. I don't use much of recipe with specific amounts, so just try it and adjust to what you and your family and friends enjoy.

Brown several pounds of ground beef (I usually make a large batch because I have lots of people to feed; this can also be frozen.) After you've drained the ground beef, put it in a skillet (if it's just a little) or pot or crock pot.

Add chopped onions (I usually put one in about 2-3 lbs. hamburger), salt and pepper and garlic salt, approx 2 c. catsup, 3/4 c. mustard, 1 c. brown sugar. Heat on low to medium heat, stir frequently. If it's too dry, add more catsup and mustard. If it's too "wet" cook it for a long time or add more hamburger! If possible cook for at least an hour for flavors to mix; can leave on low all day if you want to.

Serve on buns (or without, if you're on Adkin's Diet!) with cheese and/or pickles and/or potato chips (yep, right on the bun).

My mom makes a recipe where she just adds cream soup and tomato soup to the browned hamburger. It's yummy too!

ENJOY!

So you're a night owl! I used to be before I had kids and had to get up early in the morning . . .

What are they saying over there about the crashes in Russia?

I'm taking the dogs for a walk and will be back later.

It's no surprise that there are things going wrong in Russia, they are about to have an election.
I'm sure our security is on heightened alert in light of this and if something is going to happen here, there's not much we can do.

Cheney was on TV last night on Monday Night Football. I started laughing when they went to him in the stands. He just happened to be taking a bite of a hot dog. We need you four more years Cheney. Stay away from too many of those hot dogs please. It was really funny. I pictured Kerry eating some expensive tofu from France.******

Oh dear he keeps on saying he is watching his diet and then catch him hope this was a one off.

I have wondered recently if he was strictly keeping to his diet because he seems to look as though he has put a bit of weight recently.
