The President met with members of his Security Council and others, at his ranch in Crawford, Texas. After the meeting, he held a press opportunity, and then provided lunch for the press and cameramen attending.
Good evening, snugs!
Sorry to hear you have been under the weather as well. Hope you are soon better.
Thanks, I'm already feeling better!
The Dose always helps to make one feel better...good people to "talk" to!
Yeah, If we can set up a meeting.
Here here any news today
I hope so!
Have you seen the new WWII Memormial? We're hoping to see it on that Friday, if we can. Let us know if you can come! We could meet you at the train station if you wanted...
Is this a new WWII memorial that you are talking about
It's been a pretty quiet news day today, except for the Cheney thing (which I see you already know about).
I've got some laundry to do real quick--be back in a minute.
Yes, they just opened it in May this year! It's right near the White House, and it looks really beautiful from the pictures I've seen.
I caon take off from work that Friday and meet you an Union Station, I think Phancy'll know where that is, it's not far from the capitol building.
Hey, again.
Dad has made a lot of oral electrolyte re-hydration products, like Pedialyte and other products in that line.
He's done a lot of research, and he's always experimenting with new ideas...he made the popsicles in our kitchen when I was about 13. Sometimes he just gets ideas and we don't see him for a phew days. It's phunny!
Yes. I've read so much news on the subject I can't remember who said what, but there have been big names who've, ah, mentioned it as the way to clear all this up. Fat chance! The lingering, Kerry-created fog of war is Kerry's best disguise and defense now.
YAY! That would be phun!
We know Union Station, we go there every time we're in DC to eat dinner usually and shop after a day of sight-seeing.
That would be great!!
We would get to the airport around 10-ish, then check our bags at the hotel. We could probably be to Union Station by 11:30-12:00...if that helps!
What a shame! Vandalism...those people live in a free society because of the brave young men who gave their lives to defend their country!
How sad...
It's about time we had one in DC, they deserve it!
My grandpa was in the Navy during the war and shot down Kamikazes...I wish it had been built in time for him to see it.
You must be proud of him :o)
That'll be great! :o)
I'm very proud of both of my parents, they are good people and both a lot of phun to be around. I'm glad I never went through a phase where I was embarrassed of them or tried to push them away.
Dad is doing OK for himself, we'll just say that. But you would never know it.
He wears sweats and drives a truck from 1984. It has an 8-track player...if I wasn't ashamed of THAT as a teenager, NOTHING would embarrass me!
Off to scrounge up some dinner since I can phinally eat again.
I'll check back later!
Sounds like great parents!
