Thank you so much for all of the prayers. He began to improve within hours of your prayers.....FR has the very best prayer warriors!

Your report on his condition is awesome. May he continue to improve every day. And prayers for the young father you mentioned.

I'm so excited to be able to see him again!
Not sure which venue we'll go to, but I'm thrilled all the same. It will be worth the drive!

With all due respect, this is the qoute of the day:

"I saw Kerry surrounded by radical politicians like [former President Jimmy] Carter and [Sen. Ted] Kennedy. ... I know Kerry will succumb to their pressure if elected. They are with Kerry not because they like him, but because their true candidate Howard Dean couldn't get elected, and they wanted someone who they can have elected and dominate," charged Koch.

What are dads for anyway?
My dad used to make me watch Dan Rather starting when I was very little and explain to me why the man was wrong on everything. I've been conservative since I was 3 or 4!

Sorry, I haven't seen it. If Yahoo or Reuters had it, I would have found it.

Maybe there'll be a new picture of it soon. A 350, eh? Oh, a man after my own heart. I'm a Ford lady.

Funny you should say that we were watching Dan Rather before we turned over to FOX they have Eye on America on Sky News each week day from midnight to 1.00am and then we watch OReily on FOX. Sometimes dad lets me watch Fox Report though instead cause I like Shepherd Smith

Shep Smith is too smooth for me! He has nice eyes, though.
The difference between watching Rather and watching Fox is like night and day. It's interesting that you can live in the same country and have totally different views of what's going on.

LOVE the photos of our courageous President and his awesome 'posse'!!

Also LOVE the endorsement from the mayor of Youngstown -- we need all the help we can get in NE Ohio!! [We will carry Ohio for President Bush!!!]

Here's another endorsement the media failed to publicize:

New York City Sergeants Benevolent Association Endorses President George W. Bush for Re-Election in 2004

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 20, 2004--The New York City Sergeants Benevolent Association, which is comprised of 10,000 active and retired members, endorses President George W. Bush for re-election in November 2004.

Less than a year after he was sworn in as the 43rd President of the United States, the momentous events of September 11, 2001, transformed the global landscape forever. From day one President Bush showed true leadership and poise as he vowed to pursue justice, regardless of where that pursuit took us. He made clear that it would be a long and difficult process, and that the war on terrorism would be fought like no war had ever been fought before. Never once has he wavered in his commitment to eradicate the terrorist threat in this country, and abroad.

President Bush has also proven himself to be a steadfast supporter of the United States law enforcement community, and his administration has made itself available to the SBA on numerous occasions for a variety of concerns. All in all he has proven himself to be a strong and determined leader during one of the most precipitous times in this nation's history.

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that the Sergeants Benevolent Association of the New York City Police Department endorses him in his re-election bid for President of the United States.

Ed Mullins

Yes I did hear it. What Kerry has done after he came back from Viet Nam is a disgrace that he can never remove from his conscience, provided he has one

". . . Whether or not President Bush wins a second term, and I pray that he does, I believe that a generation will look back on this time and see that we had someone in the White House who was unashamed to say that this was indeed "one nation, under God".

Sorry for the long post in the Dose--I just felt it needed to be said."

You're right . . . it did need to be said and thank you for saying it!!!!

The mayor of YOUNGSTOWN endorsed our President?
That's news to me-good news!
Do you think it will make a big difference, though? A lot of people seem decided on who they're voting for...

It is but what is even more interesting if you think about it in England they are show on TV stations owed by the same parent company because Sky News is owed by News International (Murdoch) who of course own FOX.
