Hey, snugs!
I don't feel much better but I did get some rest.
I see I've been drafted to keep you in line, but I don't think I have the strength! Hopefully Pippin will show up and lend me a hand!
How is your evening going?
I'm glad you got to see some of our VP--the media doesn't give him too much attention, as you know!

No pictures of him driving his new white truck? It looks like an F-350 4x4 on C-Span. Do you have one?

At least we THINK it's Columbus, nobody will say yet for security reasons.

My mom had the virus, and I was silly enough to go near her!
But I wanted to take care of her as much as I could.
It's OK, I've been worse. But it kept me home from work today...

I read he'll be in Troy, Lima and Toledo.
I think you have to do phone banks to get to the "Ask the Prez" event in Lima, but I'm not sure how to get tickets to the rallies...

That would be fun!
I'm supposed to work the phones tomorrow, but with this flu virus I might not be able to. I don't want to spread it anyway, it is VERY contagious!

Great movie and great metaphor for that photo of Dubya and his team. (They sure as heck don't make movies like that anymore.)

Good evening had nice tea salad got mum off to bed without incident as always manys thanks for all the prayers that have been made and am now watching the factor with dad.

Glad you got some rest hope you will be feeling better shortly I try not to give you too much trouble with my excitement this evening but I am sure that Pippin will help later. Seriously though it was great to see some coverage of the VP it does seem that usually when the media does cover him it is just negative.

DId you see the Koch announcement today?

No, it's been one of those days when I've missed a lot of news. But I did peek at the FR thread about it a bit and see that he rightly proclaimed that the dem party & JfnK in particular do not have the stomach to go after terrorists. Also, he has zero confidence in JfnK's attitude toward Israel and her well-being. (He never mentioned Israel in his convention speech).

Degenerate, degrading, demeaning, demonic, dirty, donkey, Democrat — we could make a new game out of this, LOL!

Yes, the media loves to vilify Cheney. What a shame, too, he is a patriotic family man who is trying to serve his country. He's certainly not a camera hog.
I think they know he would be effective if they gave him too big a microphone...
Glad you are having a good evening! You dad likes the Factor, does he?

Ha!
I went to South Bass Island when I was about 9...that would be quite an incubation period!
I did lose the top of my finger on a swingset there, though. It's a dangerous place!
:0)

Did you hear Sean Hannity's show with the POW from Vietnam. I was boiling mad after hearing him talk about how Kerry's actions affected him. I was not around during the Vietnam war,but I imagine there are quite a few men who need to vent against this traitor just to heal old wounds.
