All you newbies whose screen number is over 100,000 (plus infinity, or minus a couple thousand), this thread is for you. What's it like to be 'new' here? Are you welcomed? What do you think of FR? Do you feel 'part of the gang'? This thread is for you. Lay it on us.
Sorry, I hadn't finished reading all the middle posts before I jumpled in. Wasn't trying to tick you off.
Hey, It's a chat site. What do you expect?
I agree. I love when she and John both do that foot in mouth thing, which seems to be an almost everyday occurrence for both of them. They like to step in it a lot!
Take me, for instance, if you followed my posts to date you would understand the meaning of life, as would all other FReepers but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! stupid jerks just won't listen. I tell you, sometimes its really aggravating trying to save the world but somebody's got to do it. Sigh.
;-)
thx n roll tide
Get him banned. He doesn't understand the difference between Russian, Ukrainian and Polish based on the response.
I know this.
Nope, English is funny enough for me.
I am not sure what the letters stand for to be honest with you. It is a number unique to each individual computer, and may be traced through your Internet Service Provider. Perhaps some computer literate Freeper will come along and correct me if I am wrong about any of this.
You didn't tick me off.
"I like honest persons. You're not one. You are Bogdan "Polska. I have no idea why you've been allowed to play this little game of yours *yet again*, but you're not fooling anyone who encountered you before.
And this lame Boris-and-Natasha imitation of yours is getting very very OLD already."

Whoa, we need some history here. Is this a joke or a flame war? My curiousity is killing me."
I AM SARA! I do not know what is not good here. That is not nice! I am from Poland, I think America persons do not like Poland persons. I like America persons, I do think America is good, I am SARA!
Well, if you ever get the chance to watch it on DVD, look for the dialog in Spanish. It's great! Truly will hit the funny bone.
I already told you guys, I can't find my tiny violin.
Well, I have to disagree.
I'm an international Freeper, posting here since 2001.
When I joined this forum, I made some silly and ignorant posts - through naivete of the political system in the US etc.
However, hellinahandcart and many others here, showed great hospitality, and patience with me.
I trust hellinahandcarts good judgement, and 'smarts'. And would certainly not consider her a 'knee jerk' reactionary to newbies, particularly international ones.
I went through a relatively long Sci-Fi phase too, after reading Kurt Vonnegut's Welcome to The Monkey House and Sirens of Titan. Then it was on to Ursula Le Guin, Isaac Azimov, Poul Anderson, Roger Zelazny, Heinlein, Arthur C. Clarke, and Ray Bradbury, which led me to H. P. Lovecraft, at which point I swerved into gothic horror novels, took a sidetrip to read my father's collection of Horatio Alger books and then headed toward True Crime, which is essentially an updated version of Ye Olde Trashy Deteckatiff Novels. I'm an avid (perhaps addicted would be a more suitable word) reader. I'll even read the printing on a sweetener packet at a restaurant. :o)
I know. None of this has to do with the subject of this thread. Thanks for the detour; I needed a break from the politics.
I'm still something of a newbie myself, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say shame on the both of you for harassing our new friend.
Look at the lack of consistancy in misspelling the words or content. This is a phoney and you're falling for it.

That was my first post, I believe. It'll prove to you how far we can descend or rise!! Have courage. My first was a doozy.
I do not know computer. I do write in Mikrosoft.
#161701. Remember that next time a newbie tries to criticize the way FR is run.
When you're so full of it, it's hard not to step in it over and over.
