Tucker Carlson just said that CNN has been notified that the Kerry camp will seek to have the goverment pull the Swift Boat veterans for Truth ads.

"I think I heard on Limbaugh today that Kerry's Camp will not be asking them to shutdown moveon.org, since
moveon.org was established before Kerry filed to run, unlike Swiftboatvets.org, which was established after Kerry
filed."
How about Franken/Garafolo's Air America?
BRING IT ON, LURCH!
Looking at the list I think I qualify for four but I don't
remember the dates exactly any more.
Interesting that Kerry never attended any advanced courses
or schools during his service. Odd for an officer.
Thanks. I never did see that one. Weird.
Do you think his band of brothers (trial lawyers) got together to screw over the POWs and Vets once again?
The American public won't like THAT!

His campaign is attacked. Kerry responds by pleading for the government to do something about it.
Is analogous to:
The US is attacked again. Kerry responds by pleading for the UN to do something about it.
He can't defend himself, his campaign or our nation.
Wait, aren't the democRATs the big champions of free speech? That must only be when the shoe's on the otehr foot.
Nah! Mark Levin explained it very well. Kerry doesn't want to have to address the vets over their allegations, so he's trying to bring Bush into the fray, by alleging a connection between the vets and the Bush campaign. His argument isn't with the President, it's with the vets, but he refuses to face them over it, and instead points a finger at Dubya.
White House Says It Is Not Behind Attack Ads

CRAWFORD, Texas (Reuters) - President Bush and a top adviser have long-standing ties to people behind advertisements claiming Sen. John Kerry lied about his war record, but the campaign denied any part in the ads on Friday and criticized Kerry for "losing his cool."
"We weren't involved in any way in these ads," said White House spokesman Scott McClellan, who in a new line of attack said Bush's Democratic rival had been "losing his cool" over the accusations.

If the feds pull the swift boat ads, then they're gonna have to start pulling a bunch of other ads, too. Kerry is a goofball.
Oh oh.
Oneill's probably has been working for 6 months on how this will play out. I CANT WAIT.
P.S. If the ads do get pulled, LETS START ANOTHER 527 ORGANIZATION and pick up where they left off. I bet we could raise a half a million dollars in a day on this site. And there are probably 50,000 Vietnam vets that would LOVE to be in the ads.
I DONT KNOW CARL ROVE, DONT LIVE IN TEXAS,I JUST KNOW THAT KERRY'S A TRAITOR and UNFIT FOR COMMAND.
Wow, so much for freedom ... but if it is not freedom for Leftist they do not care.

Hey, pretty clever, hadn't heard that one before.
"Look to the RNC convention for a possible hint of what the future may hold."
This story still has a week before the convention. The demonstrators are going to come completely unhinged by the time they reach NYC.
That snake knows what it likes.
Jim: -- "No it alleges coordination between the groups with Veterans for Truth and the Bush-Cheney campaign. It cites media reports about consultants working with a group who have in the past worked with Bush campaigns over Republican efforts. The coordination is policed very closely, but the standard is very high. Proveable phone calls, memos, emails. Not circumstantial evidence. The Bush-Cheney campaign called this complaint frivolous.
One last point, Swift Boat Veterans for Truth have spent about $1 million on their ad campaigns and don't deny they're against kerry. Pro-kerry groups have spent some $3 million against Bush since september, and there are no fewer than 17 officials with those groups who had or retained ties to the democratic national committee, the kerry campaign, or democratic policies.
