Tucker Carlson just said that CNN has been notified that the Kerry camp will seek to have the goverment pull the Swift Boat veterans for Truth ads.

Since when has it been unusual for redistributionist Democrats to ask the government for assistance in suppressing the truth?
Proof positive that it is impacting their internal poll numbers.

Obviously the Kerry Camp has numbers showing that they are getting hammered. Wait until they see the new ad.
The FEC will never pull these ads. It would take months just to investigate it, and no court is going to issue a prior restraint order.
Finally, all Kerry is doing is drawing more press and attention to the issue. Great -- three words Senator -- BRING IT ON!!

Big FEC lawsuit by Kerry, to a) demand the ads be pulled; b) SwiftBoatees have to return all of their "ILLEGAL" contributions; c) request maximum FEC fine against the Veterans.

Here that, Freepers? All of you who sent money to the SwiftBoaters are engaged in activities Kerry considers "illegal". When does he send out some brownshirts to spraypaint some offices and break some window glass?? Like, "Seig Heil, man". Sheesh.
Not a word in the claim by Kerry about them being valid charges, just an effort to SILENCE.
Also, the media has been silent on the Swift Boat book, then they break the story as if everyone in America already knows what they are talking about, and make it look like the Swiftee's are the ones in trouble. This means real war, I'll tell you.
Now we'll find out if there are any Clinton holdovers in the FCC.
Seriously, the fact that Kerry is even trying to censor political speech is a major red flag. To even suggest that the government should regulate the content of political speech is unheard of. This is a major story in and of itself (which will continue to be ignored by the media).
I wouldn't doubt that they find some judge to do that. They might end up regretting it though.
Now they want to ban the ad.....LOL!!!!!!

First he campaigns against his fellow comrades. NOW he is going to martyr them.
I mean, Hillary couldn't have planned this any better. When the history of this campaign is written, we're going to find out that the Clintons had something to do with pointing critical elements of the MSM towards the Swift Vets' story, I suspect. Kerry is imploding in front of our eyes. People are going to look at John Freakin' and say, "Nope, don't want that fella in there...".
