Obviously the Kerry Camp has numbers showing that they are getting hammered. Wait until they see the new ad.

The FEC will never pull these ads. It would take months just to investigate it, and no court is going to issue a prior restraint order.

Finally, all Kerry is doing is drawing more press and attention to the issue. Great -- three words Senator -- BRING IT ON!!

The next thing they will do is find a friendly federal judge that WILL issue a prior restraint order.

People are going to see a nice sized blob of judicial tyranny up close and personal next month.
