Wow! I just can't believe this. Asking a puyblisher to withdraw a book .....

This would be his 2nd attempt. He had his own book [wintersoldier.com] pulled and hidden. Now he is trying to get someone else's book pulled and hidden.

Kerry's real fear factor is showing. Banning books? What country in what century are we?

This is the creepy world of Ho Chi Minh Kerry. He is a communist through and through.

If it is hurting him, how come those polls are up for him.

All polls except possibly the Gallup poll are run by democrats. They will continue to rise despite what the actual poll should be. Until right before the election when they will post the correct info so that they can say they called the election correctly.

Mr. Kerry, you can clear all of this up by signing a Form 180 authorizing the releas of ALL your records.

[Note sign in background. This is real.]

There's a lag time before the voters begin to absorb the information.

There is also the fact that there are people who will vote for Kerry regardless of whether or not he's a lying, opportunistic bastard.

I estimated the other day, and it was confirmed by another poll, that about 2/3s of Kerry's current support will probably vote for him anyway, just because he isn't Bush, conservative, or a Republican. The other third will change votes if they believe that Bush would be the lesser of two evils.

So the battle to characterize Kerry as a dangerous man to put in the White House is underway, and he's hurting because he hasn't been able to respond to the Swift Boat ads with facts. All he's been able to do is orchestrate a media blitz to discredit them, but they are quite resilient, and they are going to hammer away at him as long as their funds last.

Show us your 'proof', Kerry. If this is the criteria, bookstores would already be half empty.

I guess the American people cannot make up their own minds as to the merits of a book. We need John Kerry to tell us what to read and what not to read, what to believe and what not to believe, whom to trust and whom not to trust. Maybe they should put out an approved book list. Would the Bible make it to their list?????

If Kerry loses, THIS IS THE MOMENT EVERYONE will point to.

Everyone, including liberals, will see 'book ban' headlines, and be taken back.

The media support will wane with this. Some liberals will decide that between this and Kerry's hawkish Iraq statements of late, that they'll just sit out this election.

BTW, where can I get the book? Any bookstores selling it, or just online?

Form 180 is the military form to authorize the release of 'all' of Kerry's military records (not just the selected ones he has released to date).

"A chill wind is blowing in this nation. A message is being sent through the White House and its allies in talk radio and Clear Channel and Cooperstown. If you oppose this administration, there can and will be ramifications.

"Every day, the air waves are filled with warnings, veiled and unveiled threats, spewed invective and hatred directed at any voice of dissent. And the public, like so many relatives and friends that I saw this weekend, sit in mute opposition and fear."

- Tim Robbins, speech to the National Press Club, April 15, 2003.

He ain't going to win- Hillary will make certain of that. If he gets some sweet consolation prize after losing the election, like a choice committee appointment, then he was in on it.

Oh please!
