I have watched all the footage I can and I have never, ever seen Amber Frey smile.
IMO, she is not generally a happy person. IMO, she is a fragile person who is genuinely affected by things that happened to her, maybe back when she was a little girl. We know her parents weren't together. We know her father's a bit flaky. And her mother might be there for her, but it sure doesn't seem like she is.
So if Geragos wants to play Don Rickles with her, good. Let him be his usual abusive self. It will be his loss, and Scott's. As someone said, for some reason Amber is the type of person that people seem to have an instinct to protect.
Besides, Geragos probably secretly wishes he could sleep with her.
Meg with a really strong Foreperson, #6 should be able to be handled. However, I wish this guy would do "something" to get himself kicked off. He's obviously discussing the case with ex-juror #5. That is an ABSOLUTE NO NO!! Maybe we should email the Judge. Although I'm sure he's getting emails by the hundreds and plus according to Nancy Grace, Delucchi when you are in his Courtroom, you really know whose boss. I'm sure that he probably notices the "attitude" of this juror but I guess until there is proof he is breaking the rules, he'll stay put. grrrrr

In the phone calls Ambers been telling Snott he's a lying murder and he knew the phones were being tapped(that's why he admitted nothing). If she would have agreed to meet with him and accepted money from him, that would have made her look like like she suddenly trusted him after all those hours of recorded doubt. That would have totally voided all the tapes and all her recorded opinions of him. He was trying to set her up again. He's very smart and cruel.. He is relentless.
Oh, Lord. Sounds almost sacreligious, considering their prior relationship. See, and I also heard he gave her a CD and some wildflower seeds, and according to his letter which she read back to him on one of the tapes, each little gift had a significance. Seeds? "Sower and the seed"?
And then he picks out something for the daughter, too.
This was done with some care. IOW, he took THIS MUCH TIME out of grieving for/looking for his missing pregnant wife, to do all this.
SO AM I HOWLIN!! On second thought, I'll send an email to the Judge hoping he will read it. THIS IDJIT is blatantly making a mockery of the Oath he SWORE to.!!

I'm glad you said that, about the look on Ron Grantski's face as he is standing behind Sharon and she is making that statement. It was a look of horror. It was clear that he had never come close to seeing her like this, and as a result, he was afraid.
I don't think AMber is the blond trophy wife. SHe has had a makeover from the early days of this case. More importantly she is a single mom. She herself has said she has made bad choices in relationships. I don't think she was only looking for a sugar daddy. I really think she is a nice and decent person and wants love in her life. Scotty came from some amount of money. You don't go to school in La Jolla and play the golf courses he played without a little extra change lying around. I know lots of people earning 6 figures in Southern Cali. and they aren't living on Rodeo drive. Yes, I think AMber would have sex with him on the first date just because he was charming. You might be surprised how much money is in sales of any type. Not enough to live huge but more than Amber had.
Hmmmm I wonder if Laci could have found it and read snott the riot act then told him he was going to have to pack and go back to his mommy's apron strings.

I guess his little trick was comparable to Jesse Jackson's having spit in "white people's food" back when he worked in a restaurant. At least, Jesse is on record as claiming that he did that.
That may very well have been the OMG moment because when you think of it, it's just so disgusting and dispicable and SICK!! There "may" be another also.
