PT Cruiser with wood side trim, I almost expect to see Bugsy Mallone drive by with a Tommygun in that thing.

I learned to drive in a '61 Plymouth. All the other kids made fun of it. Said it looked like a grasshopper because of the grill. It beat walking, though.

The Alfa Romeo 75. Looks like two cars welded together. Two ugly cars

As a former owner, and looking back, I agree it had certain, well, design quirks. Actually, the rear springs need to be cut down about 2 inches to drop the rear. Then at least it didn't have it's big, fat ass sticking up in the air. It also made it handle like it was on rails.

Maddox beat you to it. He rates cars on an ugliness scale ranging from 0 (not that ugly) to Gary Busey.

Is the car upside down, or did that horse's a*s install the plate upside down?

My wife has an element and we love it. I would not try to take it to the deer lease hat is why I have a Jeep.)on road it is great. It is roomy and functional. A great shopping utility vehicle. But in fairness the looks do have to grow on you.

Next to the Aztek, the DAF has to be in the top 10.

(That's me taking the new keys)

P.S. The saying in England was -

"Yeah, my dad drove a DAF - until he got a job."

YUGO! I had one of those turkeys and it spent more time in the shop than on the road. It was a rip off Fiat design--a poor rip off at best.

A voice of Dissent......

The Honda Element is not a car, but rather a van or an enclosed truck.

Although unusual looking, should not be considered in a discussion of ugly cars.

"I think for all-around, real-world ugly, you just can't beat the Matador. Yeah, I know there are some Exotic Ugly monsters out there, but this thing was actually on the roads. YEEESH."

LOL! That looks like the exact car that Big Paul (Orange County Choppers) gave to Mikey. LOLOL! Talk about a collector's item...

#286 - It's a BMW...No kidding.

At least trying to be a midget car provides a bit of an excuse. With the BMW 700 series there is no excuse at all.
