Judging from the Olympics, it looks like Bush put together a pretty strong coalition.
I couldn't decide wether Russia should be in the Commies or Appeasers bracket, so I left them in Commie group with China and Cuba.
The Appeasers are France, Germany, and Belgium.
Unknown are Thailand, South Africa, Indonesia, Serbia, and Argentina.

Might add another group: enemies. Include Indonesia there, also with the Axis of Evil.

Russia technically isn't communist, but Putin is moving back towards authoritarianism (for instance, increased state control of the media) and has even brought back some communist symbolism. I don't think Russia will return to communism, it will just slide further into tyrannical crony capitalism.

Serbia would have been in the Allies list until the Schlickmeister bombed them.

"Russia technically isn't communist..."
Communism is a way of life, not red banners. As any way of life, it is characterized by how people relate to one another and to their society in socially important situations (so, saying "Gesundheit!" or its equivalent in any language does not count as similarity. But brown-nosing and backstabbing, or their relative prevalence, does).
Given this understanding, Russia is communist, has always been communist since its beginnings in 9 th century, and will continue being communist as long as it is going to exist, if only because there is neither experience nor even conceptual framework for its being or becoming anything else but a communist society.

Great concept, but you need an Axis of Evil Medal count
To: rocklobster11
Great idea. This is exactly how I've been deciding who to root for in those events that don't feature serious American opposition.

Spain hasn't won anything yet, but since they did send troops, I'll leave them in the Coalition of the Willing.

I love the official FR tally, keep it running through the games!

Interesting. I would say Communist is a type of governance, while what you are describing would be considered a communal ideology, like Mennonites live and teach.
