Yes, it's the same old garbage. There are some "conservatives" (e.g. WSJ editorial page) that essentially favor open borders to provide abundant labor. I've begun to suspect that the people who run this country are quite willing to absorb the whole of Mexico for economic reasons .

George W. could lose the election because of this.

Both groups are pandering so hard to the illegal aliens that it is sickening. Pretty soon they will claim that it is "profiling" if you pick up illegal aliens as they cross the border.

"You've got a group of people here who are very concerned, and they're not getting any straight answers,"

'Fancy that. LOL This is nothing but election year politicing. The appearance that the Bush Administration cares. What a joke.

Perouka will close the borders and throw the illegals already here out. He'll be getting my vote. He'll also put a stop to outsourcing and insourcing. Skeptical? At least he'll try, unlike the two party business monopoly.

More on the Hutchinson-Issa Town Hall Meeting.

Issa was booed by the audience when he said, "This is my microphone, I paid for it."

"No, we paid for it," several people answered back.

Cheeky bastard: zero; concerned citizens: big one!

<< ... "that" is the fear that we don't need among those people who are legally in our country." >>

Bullshit.

"That" is the essense of the reassurance -- especially while our Nation is engaged in a war for our very survival -- that is the basic entitlement of and absolute right of every American and legally-aspiring American.

We the People have given over to our feral government the responsibility of defending us against our every foreign [And domestic] enemy.

And have sat idly by as the self-annointing, self-appointing and self-perpetuating permenantly-staffed machinery of our feral government -- become tyrannical in the [Seven plus decades ever-more-relentlessly in the grip of the operatives of the vast criminal enterprises and we call the "DemocRATS"] process -- has become with and of our enemy.

God save our beloved FRaternal Republic.

[Perhaps especially FRom its 'trusted' servants]
