You're up late!
My computer's been down all night ...trying to catch up.

Don't know what Kerry said Thursday, do you?

No one seemed very satisfied.

I take that back.
The guy who handed his baby over for John
to dangle out the driver's side of his car so
he could snap a picture of John with his baby
seemed very happy.

A very Jacksonesque moment there in traffic.

Thank you for your report, Ms. DL.

People like Doughty, Joe, and Peoples, are the typical red meat crowd and social liberals like John and Ken play them like a violin, while staying silent about Boxer, Feinstein, and Baca, while good people like Asa Hutchinson who tries to do his job through the politcal and legal machinations gets skewered.

BTW, pulling a tooth would be easier than getting a critical comment of Joe Baca(D-CA) out of Joe Hadenuf.

I'm not convinced that John and Ken's crusade couldn't wait until after the election. If Bush doesn't win, we're looking at total amnesty.

Nobody's talking about throwing Bush over the side, just a member of congress who talks a good game but doesn't deliver. These people have to learn to fear the majority of voters, not just a small but noisy group of pro-illegal activists.

J & K really have developed a strong influence out here.

They can be rude, but the time for politeness on this issue is over.

I heard them literally torch Dana Rohrbacher and Mary Bono within recent weeks.

Somebody better start listening in D.C. There are some really hostile feelings growing in CA.

Jones refuses to make a stand on immigration, so how would he be any better than Boxer? You have to realize that the same people are going to vote D and R as usual. If you want anyone else to vote and tip the balance your way, then you better take a stand on big issues like immigration.

I don't even think it's them who they're listening to --- it seems it's the oligarchs in Mexico who really impress them. The oligarchs are in the process of doing some ethnic cleansing and our leaders seem to be doing what they're told.

Hey Dane, Joe Baca (and every other CA-D I know of) is a traitor just like you! Now, can we ask why you are still playing moral relativist on a conservative website?

Red meat crowd?  It is always eye opening to see your take on people who advocate aberrance to the laws of our nation, not to mention the Constitution of the United States.

As for Boxer and Feinstein, John and Ken mention them daily and have nothing but contempt for them.

As for Baca, John and Ken have announced their plans to try to unseat him.

BTW, pulling a tooth would be easier than getting a critical comment of Joe Baca(D-CA) out of Joe Hadenuf.

I'm not sure what your real beaf is, but I think I've got a pretty good idea what Joe's take on Boxer, Feinstein and Baca is.  Your intimation to the contrary isn't very impressive.

You mention that John and Ken are playing folks like a violin.  Damn, do you really think so?  If so I'm exstatic.  If they can get folks to take interest in massive criminality, all the more power to them.

I mentioned John and Ken's overall worth.  I saw others on the thread do the same thing.  Your comments about John and Ken are a little late fella.

If John Kerry himself were to mention that murder is wrong, would you instantly come out and say that murder must be okay?  That's the same tactic you have adopted conserning illegal immigration.

What is wrong is wrong.  You take your allies where you can get them, when it comes to righting a wrong.

Dane, as usual you're clueless.  Thanks for the forum refresher, depicting your discernment abilities.

Where do you live Dane?  It's obvious you've never listened to John and Ken.  I doubt you've ever been to Southern California.  That could account for some of the ignorance you display with regard to this issue, but not all of it.  There's a wealth of resources on this forum for someone like you to become informed on this topic.  It's sad to see you reject each of them.

Because, unlike you, I'm not a single-issue voter. Keeping Boxer, who is awful on every single issue I can think of, just because Jones is wobbly on ONE issue, immigration, is in the nose-removal-to-spite-one's-face category.

They are. The John and Ken fans say nothing of Joe Baca(D-CA). Their and your silence on that subject is deafening.

You know what, I don't say much about the sun being hot, water being wet and you being a flake, either.

This is simply one more aspect of an issue, concerning which every time you open your mouth, you look still more stupid as a result.

John and Ken and their listeners are well versed on Joe Baca's actions. When those inland sweeps were instituted, it was Joe Baca who went to Asa and demnaded he stop them. And Asa folded like a second grade school girl.

I told you that John and Ken had targeted Baca for removal. Their listeners will be working to make that a reality.

Why don't you go count how many pesos you'll be sending back home this week, and leave the sentient beings in peace.

People like Doughty, Joe, and Peoples

Your list of posters to villify is growing longer. Take that as a sign that you are losing. I don't see anyone on here every rushing to aid you. That's not to say there aren't other Kool Aid Drinkers on FR that want to silence any dissent of the GOP, its just that you make such a repetitive idiot of yourself they don't want anything to do with you Dane.

I don't care if my report gets vilified.

I didn't "vilify" your report doodlelady, stop playing the victim card, you are sounding like a Democrat. I simply questioned how your account differed to justify the use of the strong word skewing. You didn't do that, and then you couldn't clarify how you meant "skewing". That doesn't make you a villian.

I'm not convinced that John and Ken's crusade couldn't wait until after the election.

Then you simply aren't comprehending exactly how the little people have any power in a representative Republic.

If Bush doesn't win, we're looking at total amnesty.

Bush will win, but he won't win CA, its no longer in play given his horrible policies concerning the immigration issue. I'm still voting for him, but there is no amount of posting on FR, no amount of demonizing those who question immigration, and no amount of talking about how bad Kerry is that is going to change CA going 'D'. The problem goes well beyond FR, a concerted effort to propogandize for Bush's Guest Worker program wouldn't amount to a hill of beans on election day because so many here are going to stay home. That is a tragedy, but its a reality, and Dubya and Rove have to point the finger for that squarely in the mirror.

That being said, there is no reason to hate J&K for their efforts. They have even said that the worst case scenerio is that they sacrafice someone, and Bush still loses. This sacrafice is to send Bush a message on election day WITHOUT having Kerry as President. No one wants that. You need to understand that mindlessly following the party line and defending all people with an 'R' in front of their name when that party is doing such a disasterous job on a certain issue is completely wrong, we owe it to the GOP to steer them in the right direction, because the independents don't care about Bush the way I do. I want to take the time for him to get the message of how badly his lack of effort on the issue is playing here in the LA area, and hope that he makes the neccessary adjustments to succeed.

I agree with everything you wrote about Dane. I would take the time to engage him as you did if I thought for a second he would be honest. I know from experience he will not be. A Kool Aid drinker who is scared to death about the GOP being outflanked by a rebellion in their midst, he'll say whatever he has to about immigration to distract us. Its a valid concern and I would share it with him about the GOP, were it not PATENTED obvious that there is a need to rebel against our Representative masters given how they've completely sold us out. They have work to do to repair the damage they've caused, but I think our pressure in forcing Bush and Co to enforce our border would end up getting them millions of independent voters, let alone disgusted Republican votes. They have been in the beltway too long to comprehend what their Cheap Labor pandering has brought on us, and from all accounts you could see it in Asa's baffled eyes at the meeting. If he's smarter than what people describe him as looking, he will have a long meeting with the powers that be in the Admin and lobby for meaningful reforms.

As for that mental midget, Where do you live Dane? It's obvious you've never listened to John and Ken. I doubt you've ever been to Southern California. That could account for some of the ignorance you display with regard to this issue, but not all of it. There's a wealth of resources on this forum for someone like you to become informed on this topic. It's sad to see you reject each of them.

You are exactly right, he took down his state flag because he got tired of people pointing out how he lacked any firsthand knowledge like we do being from PA. He's trying to do what he thinks is right for the party, he's just not smart enough to know what that is. Kind of like Hannity, he hasn't thought about the issues himself and needs to keep repeating himself in hopes of claiming victory through attrition. Much like Hannity that never works out because smarter people than he run circles around him as he uses ad hominems. I notice Joe Hadenuf totally ignore the fool these days. That's probably the wisest course because that guy isn't here, as you suggested to "become informed on the topic" he does not care one bit about what CA is going through, he only cares about silencing dissent within the GOP ranks.

He's not smart enough to silence us.

My first priority is this election.
You're right.

Excuse my use of "vilify." My dictionary says it
means "to treat as of no importance."

That's OK ... I don't feel like the victim here at all.
The real target is our frustration with the whole mess.

Can't tell you how helpful it would've been to have
other freepers there. I've been corresponding with
a reporter who interviewed me yesterday.
She agrees that it made a huge difference
being there and seeing it for ourselves.
