Catholic League president William Donohue commented today on the remarks made about President George W. Bush that are featured on the website of Catholics for Kerry 04:
The home page of Catholics for Kerry 04 prominently lists comments by Wayne Madsden, who says, George W. Bushs blood lust, his repeated commitment to Christian beliefs and his constant references to evil doers, in the eyes of many devout Catholic leaders, bear all the hallmarks of the one warned about in the Book of Revelationsthe anti-Christ. He also charges that Bush couples his political fanaticism with a neo-Christian blood cult.
This is the language of a demagogue, and it has no legitimate role to play in presidential politics. It is important to note that it is not the position of the Catholic League that the Kerry camp should be held responsible for this group of wacko Catholics. But at the same time, it shows how hypocritical the operatives in the Kerry camp really are.
For example, it is reported by the Associated Press today that Kerry spokesman Chad Clanton is demanding that President Bush condemn a book about John Kerrys alleged fraudulent behavior in Vietnam, Unfit for Command. Why? Simply because one of authors made anti-Catholic remarks in a chat room last year (for which he has apologized).
Now according to the logic of the Kerry campaign, it would seem only proper that John Kerry should condemn Catholics for Kerry 04: surely the nexus is tighter in this case than in the chat room quip. Indeed, this Catholic-Kerry website provides a direct link to Contribute to Kerry Online, the official donation section of the Kerry-Edwards website.
The subject of religion has been giving Kerry and the Dems fits lately. We hope their recent discovery of anti-Catholicism, however strained, suggests a new beginning. They can start by hiring a new religious outreach person who doesnt cavort with anti-Catholics.
Now as to the specifics of hypocricy in this article:

Earlier this week, Americans United for Separation of Church and State, headed by Barry Lynn, filed a complaint with the IRS against Ronnie Floyd, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Springdale, Ark., accusing him of preaching a sermon promoting President Bush's re-election July 4. ... Organizations granted tax-free status under federal law "may not participate at all in campaign activity for or against political candidates," according to published IRS guidelines.
And where is the Mainstream Coalition on this one? Hummmm??? They love to monitor churches so much. Why don't they follow up and check this out. My guess is they won't.
They only attack when it suits their purposes... so hypocritical, it takes your breath away.
Don't all Christians have this same problem;em?
Let's follow that line of thinking - that makes all Christians the Anti-Christ. I wonder what Catholics for Kerry are, I guess they must not be Christians.
Can you tell me where you ordered that bumper sticker? I would love to get one :)

The bumper stickers are at cafepress, there are four shops:

You can also do larger orders of 25 or more at the website, www.CatholicsAgainstKerry.com, but our server is down right now, so you'd need to bookmark it.
Thanks
Well here's my problem. The temple never ceases to exist, and once you discern just what the temple is, you know it's true. So then what?
"devout Catholic leaders"? They are from the same secret pool of world leaders that support Kerry and talk to him (a.k.a:THE VOICES).

I think you are right, just as Bill Clinton was a BINO, Baptist in name only.
It's got Neo in it, that's the only point. Neo-Christian, Neo-conservative. Viola! Connection made.
---Do you agree with the someone else's opinion?---
Almost always, if that person is she who must be obeyed.
I am a Lutheran. It's interesting to note that Luther was against sending troops to help in the fight against the Turks. He said it was better to be slaughtered by heathens than lose your soul fighting side by side with Catholics. This anti-Christ stuff was taken very seriously. Lutherans are not Millenarians so they keep the old doctrines intact. Now we live in America and the Catholics are our brothers. :^)
All well and good, but you have the Word and you can read it and decide for yourself. Certainly the Kittim come from Esau, I can't argue with that. Yet as Jesus said Himself, He who is for us is not against us. Against means against, and that's all I have to say about that.
'George W. Bush's blood lust, his repeated commitment to Christian beliefs and his constant references to evil doers, in the eyes of many devout Catholic leaders, bear all the hallmarks of the one warned about in the Book of Revelations-the Antichrist.'
If these Catholics ever read the Bible, they would see that the Antichrist does everything he can to not talk about Christianity. He instead, focuses on politics and economics and such to get people's popularity. President Bush's prayers, references to the Bible, and other ways he includes God's word in his speeches alone proves that he is not the Antichrist. If I were a Catholic, I would run far far away from this statement.
They just keep getting crazier and crazier, don't they?
I would said that Catholics for Kerry are much closer to the anti-christ pedigree than GWB, considering they support a man whose entire senate records trampless underfoot the Catholic church's stand on moral issues.
'Nuff said!
