This is going to snowball until Kerry is buried under it. Dims picked a real loser. Dean was good for laughs.

This is the beginning. Each day that the NY slimes doesn't have a front page above the fold refutation, is a little more proof the Swiftees are telling the truth and Zelig is lying.

Zarf cheer up man. The DMN used to be a great conservative leaning major paper, but has gone left over the past few years. Its distribution has fallen off to the point of them lying about their numbers, probably due to their new angle of covering news. I quit getting the damn thing a couple of years ago but I will head down to the store today for this one. If the DMN is covering this it should help getting it covered elsewhere.

Ditto - I'm a Dallas native now in DC. If the DMN is carrying the story, other majors will at least revisit the idea of running it in full. Competition.

Great reminder!

Remember how quickly Dean disintegrated after "the scream?"

Same could happen with Kerry. And the Dims will try to pull another "Toricelli" switcheroo.

With whom?

Dare I say it . . . Hillary?

I actually have a lot more respect for Dean than I do for Kerry. Not saying I agree with Dean, he is a wack way too far off the deep end. But at least he states exactly what he supports and makes no bones about supporting it. A wishy-washy flip-flopper like Kerry who has obviously lied repaeatedly about his war receord gets no respect from me.

Same thing happened with the Nashville Banner a few years ago. It used to be the conservative paper in Nashville and then in '96 they endorsed X42. The paper went under less than two years later because Nashville isn't big enough for TWO liberal rags.

I agree. Dean was a larger threat than sKerry will ever be to GWB's re-election. Although the thought of having sKerry's 'finger on the button' sends chills down my spine.

Yea the Fort Worth Star Telegram tends to be liberal. I used to love the Dallas Morning News but it has dropped. There is a scandal that just broke because the paper purposely lied about their circulation numbers. I hpoe it returns to form. I suppose if it endorses Kerry that will be the final nail.

The swiftboat story will have the same effect as Farenheit 9/11 - it will fire up the committed and sway very few minds. This is unfortunate, but the anti-Bush crowd are so consumed by hate that they will discount the book. And the mainstream media will not touch it.

But hope springs eternal.

If you don't want to register for a site formally use:

http://www.bugmenot.com/

You are asked for the registered site URL and bugmenot immediately spits back a user ID and password.

I've used on a handful of sites without any problem (including this Dallas News site)

Dare I say it . . . Hillary?

It'll be Hitlery, alright. But it won't happen in this election. My take on this election is that the Dems wanted to pick a loser so that there will be no incumbent standing in Hitlery's way in 2008. That said, I believe that this election is already over ... but that won't keep me from the polls.

I'm holding my breath for the "60 Minutes" interview. Since they interviewed Clarke and Woodward for their books, I assume they are interviewing everyone who produces a book on one of the presidential candidates. . . . .

If there is no interview, I'm SURE the official reason will be because it wasn't published by a Viacom publisher.
