Credit: The Cabal The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger. "Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix." We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research. With the nation on high alert for al-Qaida terrorists, the Department of Homeland Security is putting its border officers through "etiquette" classes to soften their image and make them less threatening to arriving foreign immigrants, WorldNetDaily has learned. |

Spain to withdraw from Basque territory?
Is there such a thing as "buyer's remorse" in Andalu -- er, er, I mean - Spain?
As of 2pm Charley is now up to a Category 2 system (105mph sustained winds). Looks like this guy will be a major hurricane before landfall in the US.

Just when you thought the world was heading down the toilet, turns out that by-product can be put to good use (at least the cow version of it):
I'll be alright soon enough. Just slogging through molasses right now.
Ha! That was funny! :-)
Thanks!
Just the other day, my husband asked me why he hasn't been on much any more.....like I follow this stuff. LOL
I don't want to come off as anti-american, but mass produced american beer is awful. I'll take Guinness any day.
Thanks for your concern, everything's cool.
Batcave looks like an unprofessional host. It's probably in some basement. They actually let the goblins use their TLD. That actually makes them responsible for content, IIRC.
However, it's also a way to defeat DNS issues.
Just goes to show...if you bow to the terrorists threats once (Spain's election)....you will be bowing to them forever more...

Teens In RV Arrested Near White House
POSTED: 11:07 am EDT August 12, 2004
WASHINGTON -- Three teenagers are in custody for allegedly driving a recreational vehicle into a restricted area near the White House.
Secret Service officers said they stopped the RV at 17th and C streets, Northwest Wednesday morning, and found drugs, illegal fireworks and an unregistered gun, plus ammunition inside.
Mitchell Neeley, Jackson Chatterly and Lindsay Boatright, all 18 from Colorado Springs, Colo., were charged with possessing and intending to distribute drugs and explosive devices. Neeley was also charged with possessing an unregistered firearm and unregistered ammunition.
Authorities said it's not clear why they were near the White House, or if they even knew they were in a restricted area.
The "dolphin safe" observer program finally drove the American tuna seiner fleet from San Diego to New Zealand. The steady reduction in catches and inability to pay the bills made it obvious that changing employment was an imperative.
We're battening down the hatches here in Sarasota.
Take care. Are you in the evacuation area?
Luckily, we're not in a mandatory evacuation zone.
