This is a huge momentum swing in a key state.

It's Kerry, stupid!

I am pleased my state is this close. I had resigned myself to the horror that Pa will automatically go for Effen.

This goes counter to what other PA polls have been saying lately.

Lets hope this starts a trend toward Bush.

Everywhere Kerry goes he tries to buy votes. No matter what crowd he is in front of he makes them some sort of promises. Even the Liberals as stupid as they are , they are beginning to see here is no way in hell he can pay off on all these promises.

I don't get your reply. This is a reason for optimism. Bush has closed the gap. One month ago it was Kerry 48% Bush 43%. Today, just after the Dem Convention it is Kerry 46% Bush 45%. The trend favors Bush, baby.

The "Shove it" comments in front of the Pa. delegation didn't help Lurch's cause.

I pray the Amish will go out and vote! If, and that's a big IF, their leader goes out and casts his vote, I believe the rest will follow suit! I'll keep my fingers and everthing else crossed!

21 crucial electoral votes are at stake, Keystoners!
It's time to take back our state and stop letting Rendell's Philly cronies and Pittsburgh speak for the rest of us.
Take this poll as a sign of encouragement, and FIGHT like you've never fought before!!!!!
Don't make me use any more exclamation points on you!

Bush will get a big boost from the Amish voters. They are very, very anti-abortion and against gay marriage. Unlike other years, the Amish in Lancaster county are planning on going to the polls!

Kerry needs Pennsylvania to win. If Bush picks up Pennsylvania, it will be very tough for Kerry to make up those electoral votes elsewhere. And if Pennsylvania goes Bush's way, most likely other Gore states from 2000 will fall Bush's way too, such as Iowa and New Mexico. This is good news considering that the GOP convention hasn't even taken place yet. I think there will be a somewhat decent bounce coming out of that convention.

Bush actually won in New Mexico but that state was stolen in Donna Anna County with the magic ballot boxes they found after the first count.

Gap, shmap. These polls are totally unreliable.

Too many polls are creating wild swings in the data.

Stop poll watching and wait till things become clearer in October.

Yes, I saw the article on how the Republicans are courting the Amish vote and how President Bush met with them. It's obviously become an important demographic. Can the Amish swing PA to Bush? I don't think so. However along with many evangelical Christian voters who are more energized to vote this year, it could just do it.

Why didn't KQQL post this ?

He likes to post polls where President Bush is behind and well ... he is behind in Pennsylvania by a whole point ...
