Ok HC - I need better directions than that......lol....... can ya give me a road for "north of Richmond"?

If anyone is ever near Wichita Falls, try Stanley's - incredible food - a Beanie Burger is ledgendary..........hamburger patty, refried beans, crushed fritos, covered with melted cheese, onions and jalapenos......... so messy you want to be hosed off after you eat it...........

And the proper response from newbies, especially to their elders and betters, is "I am sorry."

Dr. Hogly Wogly's Tyler Texas Barbeque in LA. Beef ribs, spare ribs, hot links, brisket, sliced pork - da joint is Heaven!

I second that enthusiastically. Brisket that melts in your mouth, and delicious side orders (except for the potato salad, which is merely ordinary) and bread as well.

I also recommend Dyer's, which has restaurants in Amarillo and Pampa, TX.

Chris and Pitts in North Long Beach, CA on Artesia Blvd near Bellflower Blvd. They also bottle their sauce in the local grocery stores.

If you haven't tried New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, it's worth a trip to Huntsville. They're closed on Mondays.

I can get a bottle of wine -- what time should I be there?

I can use a few Frequent Flyer miles and be there in a jif!

(and I have to admit I am the worst BBQer -- I don't burn 'em but they just come out --- cooked. Not great, not bad, but never as good as the smell from everyone else's)

I rescind anything bad I've ever thought about you as well (which wasn't much come to think of it). Happy Saturday!

Gary's BBQ in China Grove (NC, naturally) is MIGHTY good. Whispering Pines in Albemarle is another place to try. Lexington has good BBQ, but I don't care for the sauce there.

No, look at the other comment.

Your comment should stand until the child admits his/her transgression.

Sprayberrys in Newnan Ga. Lewis Gazzard's home town.

Actually, Lewis is from Moreland, and IMO...Sprayberrys is way overated and overpriced.

Harold's in Atlanta and Hudson's in Douglasville.

Iron Works in Austin. I have no idea about their politics, but their brisket and sausages sure are tasty.

I have got to try that Mesquite Barbeque place before I move. It's supposed to be on Siene Road.
One of our favorites was Spring Creek. It's either a chain or they have a couple of locations.
