President Bush went to the Dwight David Eisenhower Office Building this morning to sign HR4613, the Defense Appropriations Act, and then traveled to Columbus, Ohio to the Aladdin Shrine Center to speak to more than 2000 avid supporters in a town meeting, involving a lengthy policy statement and a question and answer period, and then headed to Saginaw, Michigan.

Oh.........I think I missed your question, Dolly, but I answered Gretchen's, which was the same.
It was younger daughter..........the one who was hanging on to Eric for dear life at his homecoming party!
(She said the President was........and I quote...."a jolly man!" LOL!)

Going to school yes, but in August.........just about two weeks.
He applied for, and was accepted into the honors program, so he's going to have a tough schedule..........but he can't WAIT!

I heard Lucianne Goldberg subbing for Laura Ingraham this morning and she was wondering if he would even make the three plus months to election, he seems to be going off the rails so fast.I agree.
All jokes aside, he doesn't seem to be living in a balanced world.

But how can that be? Aren't we always told that he is not very bright? That he does not have gravitas? I wish the lamestream media could see how very down home and wonderful this man is. I'm glad you got the opportunity to go and I think you have done a super job with that daughter of yours. I hope my 3 girls will do as well.:)
To: ohioWfan
I was searching for you in the crowd when Fox News was covering his Ohio visit :-)
I hope he visits a Military Base soon, they will go bonkers as well.
I would love to see the "Frenchurian Candidate" speak to the Troops, I'm sure they would follow their orders and show up and be respectful :-)

Agree with "great state of Alabama". I grew up there in Huntsville, and later in life lived in Montgomery for three years.

One of the most profound statements on 9/11 I've seen:
If the President took six mins. to leave the classroom on 9/11, what about the 8 years when the same enemy hit the wtc in '93. the USS Cole, etc. and Clinton did nothing.

We were pretty close, but to the side of the cameras, Mike.
We weren't in any of the pictures I saw. But daughter had a close up of her face on a Columbus newscast tonight. :o)

Kerry: A man who sat on his duff and did nothing on 9/11
Clinton: a man who dod nothing in 8 years after the 1st WTC bombing.
Bush a MAN who waited 6 minutes so as not to scare innocent little children.
Nod contest!
I pick Bush!

I'm sure the Amish are intelligent enough to handle an electronic system. They have religious beliefs that prohibit the use of electricity [some of them].
