Item: Muslims adopt Shariah legal code in Canada
The legal code of the Koran will override Canadian Law. Muslims claim they are different and demand that their Religious Law take precedence over Canadian Jurisprudence.
According to these retrograde humans, who have snuck in and who have been welcomed by extreme Liberalism, praying for the day that a braless society will become a lawless society; from burning their bras to burning the law books, Feminism has now been turned upside down by a male dominated religion so backwards that it is perfectly acceptable that a son receive twice the inheritance of a daughter and that a man have the automatic right to divorce, while a woman does not.
Will Canada next allow the stoning of adulterous women or the cutting off the hand of a thief? Both punishments are allowable in some Muslim Societies.
Although this Muslim Law contradicts Canada's Bill of Rights which guarantees the quality of both men and women, insane Liberals have dreamed of this day. The late Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, a mentally deranged Liberal, dreamed of a Canada in which different customs and identities would live side by side and in harmony. Like all Liberals he detested Nationalism and wanted to see the end of a dominate Canadian Identity. The end of an official culture. The end of a melting pot. Liberals in Toronto today are calling this new shock to Canada, "In the spirit of multiculturalism."
At last, Feminism and Liberalism will come to be defeated by their own insane tolerance.
The ironic part is when Cananda collapses, all these rich liberals move to move lower tax, lower crime, freedom/liberty/tolerant, places that work, conservative areas (ie - the US) and start the process all over again. Liberals should be forced to live in the hells they have created (starting with Washington DC)

I'm sure the folks in Alberta, Manitoba, Yukon, and even much of rural Ontario and even rural Quebec have a vastly different opinion about this than the flaming lunatics in Montreal.
Unfortunately for them, their votes get swamped by the millions of pie-eyed Liberals in the big cities.
Canada has no clue as to what they have just opened up and invited in. I almost feel sorry for them.

I think you're exactly right and I agree with you. Parts of Canada are beautiful and I've been to Montral, Gaspe and Vancouver and BC, but politically?,....backwards.

I think this all goes back to the fact that private parties in Canada are now allowed to have their disputes resolved under Sharia law by an arbitrator. However, Sharia law does not trump Canadian law.
This isn't really a big deal. If two businessmen in the US decided to have their contract governed by Sharia law, that contract would be enforceable in a US court.

I listened to him last night, which I only do when our other conservative station is dull, and he is back on his "I will NOT VOTE FOR BUSH" rant & rave. A few weeks ago he was saying Bush is our only hope for survival, and "Kerry if elected would destroy America as we know it."
Savage changes his mind more than Kerry.
