I fear great white sharks and do not consider them to be a particularly interesting topic for jokes

I didn't read the whole thing. All I've ever asked from gays, of which I know a few who are very nice people, and want nothing to do with the radicals, is to NOT have them push their sexual perversion on me like I should accept it as the norm. That's all. Keep it to yourself, and we will get along fine.

Most of what is commonly called homophobia is actually disgust at homosexual behavior.

The more socially acceptable word is "normalphopia." Most non-deviants prfer to call that irrational, pervasive, envious and constant hatred that faggots have for normal people, "normalphobia."

Yup, it's a long article, but if you stuck with it to the end, you'd find out that the activist homosexuals are not satisfied with merely being tolerated. Instead they "want to be worshipped and when we refuse to pat them on the back we are met with their ire."

You're lucky because the gays that you know personally aren't as needy and militant as their activist brethren.

In America today, a powerful case can, and will, be made that heterosexuals all too readily defer to homosexuals regarding claims of oppression or that we suffer some kind of psychological malady due to our refusal to celebrate them to the full extent they desire. Most "straights" seem to silently accept the validity of bogus concepts like "homophobia" which maintains that many of us harbor hate for those who happen to be physically attracted to members of the same sex.

The homosexuals have been successful in masking the fact that their entire identity is based on a perverted sexual act - which is the main reason that they thrive while the masses shrug their shoulders.

Imagine for a moment if a large number of people that participated in orgies formed a coalition and began demanding the same things that gays demand. Suppose that they demanded to be protected from losing their jobs for being orgy people, demanded that Universities admit a certain number of orgy people, and claimed that they were being discriminated against by virtue of the fact that our current marriage laws aren't well suited to them. Perhaps they'd start a few cable television shows. Maybe they'd write books describing the great number of things that orgy people of the past have contributed to our society. You get the picture.

An "orgy people" movement would be a joke in present day America. People would instantly see it as absurd as a "missionary position" movement, a "masturbation" movement, the "sex on every other Tuesday" (the group to which I presently belong) movement. The general public would quickly squash the "gay" movement if they stopped to look at what classifies someone as "gay." That is, to have sex with someone of the same sex (a sexual act).

Somehow, the general public has to come to see homosexuality for what it is: A sexual act that no more deserves special recognition than any other sexual act.

In their eyes, being tolerated is not enough...

This statement "pegs" the current problem with "gay activists" and their supporters exactly. Personally, I think homosexual behavior is morally depraved, and a violation of natural law. Nonetheless, if these homosexual practitioners kept their behavior private and did not force me to pay for their behavior related illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and STD's through my taxes, I would "tolerate" them as much as anyone else.

Many things in this article were hillarious, but one that stood out was the author's new word for those of us who despise the militant, overbearing members of the homosexual community: gaytotalitarianaphobe.

Yes, "normalphobia" is a more socially acceptable word than "heterophobia", but I think it is a more insulting and mocking word. It actually makes me laugh whenever I see or hear it.

And the last thing the gays want you to do is to mock them.

I know that. Thus not reading the whole thing. It's always the same old story...and I know it, and I'm very tired of it. It's the same as talking with a few of the liberals I know (or choose to even know is more the truth). We can talk/debate/argue...but the rabid ones I spend no time with or on.

"Is there such a thing as homophobia?"

No! What I feel is not fear, Just a genuine disgust of a complete lack of morality on behalf of the perverts that choose to engage in the practice of somthing that has no redeemable qualities whatsoever! They are the biggest waste of protoplasm i've ever had the misfourtune to hear about! No, the only thing I fear is the disease they are famous for.

Sheryl Crow named her first CD the "Tuesday Night Music Club". Perhaps you can modify that name for your club's own purposes. :-)

The general public seems happy enough to ignore the definition of gayness. Just keep feeding them the line that gays are neat, clean, effeminate shopaholics, and the folks will continue to say to themselves: There's nothing to see here, let's just move along.

Unfortunately for us, they are hungry for our attention and won't quit until we all bow before them in worship.

In my old neighborhood there were taverns called "The Man Hole" and "The Cellblock." Now that is funny stuff indeed. A few months back, my friend Yakov told me about a new bar by him called "The Piledriver." How can one not see the humor in such a name? Isn't that why they decided to name it as they did?

There was one in Houston for awhile named "The Mailbox" (or possibly The Male Box, there was no name on the building). It was across the street from a rock and roll club.

Someone suggested that the name "The Gaspipe" would also be a good name for a gay bar.

Another tactic, along the lines of being everywhere is for the activists to accuse (once again) anybody who questions them as being closet homosexuals.

Based upon this eminently sound logic, Free Republic posters must be closet liberals!

The way I see it, homosexuals are all about emotion. Instead of seeing us (their opponents) as rational, they can only imagine us in emotional terms. Since love is not the emotion that we have for them, hate or fear will have to do in their worldview.

Also, by imagining that we 'fear' them, it may give them a sense that they are somehow superior. They can say to themselves, "Hey, we're feared. Man, we rock!"

But we know better. For us, it has nothing to do with feelings. For us, it's all about what's right versus what's ridiculous.
