If you are counting on Quincy Carter to lead your fantasy football team, than you must one of those guys who make a donation to the league winners every year.

Carter might have been doing something in the hotel room he shouldn't have

Yeah, it does sound suspicious, doesn't it ?

It was.

Hitzges (a local sports guy with "ins" with the Boys) says it's "out there" that Carter failed a drug test and violated the substance abuse program.

The Houston Texans defeated the Dallas Cowboys in the Texans' inaugural NFL game 19-10 on September 8, 2002.

Ooops, sorry...I just had to get that in there, too.

;-)

ditto. A few losing seasons usually gets a hated team a reprieve to the point where I don't mind some success, however I couldn't muster any for the Cowboys if they went 25 years between playoff appearances.

As a 'Skins fans I wish they kept Carter because he was terrible. When does pre-season start?

Well, that would explain him being so confident of being the number 1 guy.

Biggest suprise of the pre-season... not. Carter had his success last year because Parcell's simplified his offense into a college half-field offense. Which works OK when you get to play 5 games against the 4 teams tied for worst in the league, but he's not dumb enough to think he'll be that lucky again. By Quincy, good luck.

BTW. Kudos to your crew for keeping Jamal under the record. It would have been folly to have had Lewis's explosiveness against Cleveland outshine Dickerson's consistency in '84

Sounds like Carter can now join the Ricky Williams world tour.

These guys can't wait 'til the end of their NFL careers to sit around and smoke dope?
