What are you talking about?
To: bimboeruption
Looks to me like the "finger" is IN FRONT of the Marine's lapel.

The questions is: Is the marine telling Kerry, "don't take another step towards me or else?"

I know what you are talking about and I prefer knowing the truth, so thanks.

So he's actually
punching the Marine in the chest? Hardly an improvement.
(Actually, I originally thought Kerry was just pointing to the Marine's chest ribbons and making some comment like, "I have ten times more decorations. Wanna see?" I never thought he'd be jabbing the guy with his finger.)
To: bimboeruption
Then it's hung crooked and Kerry has only 4 fingers.

1.) Why is this "frame" at an angle drastically different from everything else on the wall?
2.) How did the "frame" get between the sergeant's shoulder and the camera?

Unless John Kerry only has three fingers, it's a finger. Or else he's making a fist. Which would probably be worse.

Just the fact he had his hand that close to the Marine appears to be a problem. The Marine doesn't appear too happy?

Looks like his finger is awfully close to the uniform because you can see -- in the close-up -- where Kerry's finger ends and where the (mirror) frame begins. Sticking a finger that close, even if not touching the person is likely to tick them off, especially if the horse face happens to be named John Kerry.

Kerry is making a big enough fool of himself without others needing to doctor pictures to help Kerry look like a bigger fool.
Even a former Navy man should know enough to not try to intimidate a leatherneck, when he is backed up by a group of his buddies.
To: bimboeruption
Well for all your work it is for naught. The part you refer to as a part of the mirror can not be because it extends past the marines upper body. Also the angle is wrong. It appears to me that the picture is doctored.
Notice the index finger on his left hand, there is not one that fits correctly, except the one you claim to be the top of a mirror.
The mirror you refer to at the marines elbow appears to be a picture or advertisement of some type on the window.

Well of course. You can plainly see his four fingers are bent back and his thumb at approx a 45 degree angle. Who really thought his index findex was that long?

He's thumb-pointing.

This is a joke right?
Anyone can compare the angles of frames we can see in the photo and the window frame to see Kerry's finger is not the top of a frame.
The idea that Wendy's would hang a frame at such a crooked angle while all the others are straight is pretty hard to believe.
This theory is NOT supported by what we see in the picture.

In the second picture, three fingernails are visible on fingers folded back on his palm. His thumb is sticking up. Is he speaking with his fingers crossed?
