Kerry Sticks Finger In Marine's Chest -- NOT!
Here's the Proof

The question is: "Is Kerry sticking his bony, well-manicured, girly, index finger in the chest of the Marine pictured here?"
The answer is "No."
After optimizing the pic with Photoshop and Image Optimizer, what looks like Kerry's finger is actually the top piece of a wooden frame that holds a mirror and is attached to the window.
There is another mirror just like it behind the Marine, to the right of his elbow.

No, to me it looks like it is the Marines colar that is making Kerrys index finger look longer than usual.
Make no mistake that he is pointing though.

Not to mention that there is another row of people between the window and the Marine - he must be at least 3 feet from it. Try to position your hand in the same manner that is claimed for the "frame" scenario. You cannot do it and still have a plausible explanation for the position of the hand itself, the "frame" in front of the lapel and the distance to the window. But at 1280x977, it does appear she is wearing Guess jeans.

Anyone walking into a restaurant has to be standing prior to sitting down (unless you're wheelchair bound, or arrive lying face-up on a huge, frozen french fry). But, yes, not a bad butt -- not great but okay.

And that I have never seen a mirror inside a Wendy's. Advertisements, yes. Mirrors, noWhat town was this in? We must have a Freeper close who can report whether this is the only Wendy's in America that hangs a mirror, a crooked one at that, on its outside windows.

Well I can clearly see his four fingers and his thumb. Bimboeruption is correct, it is a frame of a mirror, or picture, that makes him appear to have an elongated index finger. I suggest you get an eye examination. And take a math class while you're at it.
There are only three fingers bent back. Everybody here can count them except you it seems.
And again, the idea that Wendy's would have a framed ANYTHING hanging at such a grotesque angle is ridiculous.

Sticking a finger that close, even if not touching the person is likely to tick them off, especially if the horse face happens to be named John Kerry.Which begs the question, 'Would the marine get his butt in a crack if he thumped a couple of "knuckle knobs" on the forehead of the wanna-be pres?' Looks to me like JF'nK is acting a little aggressive, almost poking the Marine in the chest with his finger.
If I were on a jury of his peers (which I could never be, having been USAF), I would acquit in a heartbeat!
