Kerry Sticks Finger In Marine's Chest -- NOT! Here's the Proof

The question is: "Is Kerry sticking his bony, well-manicured, girly, index finger in the chest of the Marine pictured here?"

The answer is "No."

After optimizing the pic with Photoshop and Image Optimizer, what looks like Kerry's finger is actually the top piece of a wooden frame that holds a mirror and is attached to the window.

There is another mirror just like it behind the Marine, to the right of his elbow.

I think she has a bit of drool/slobber when she pulls her straw away. Very classy potential first lady.

'I like the picture of Edwards with his hand on the shoulder of the seated Marine. Edwards restrained the Marine after Kerry accused the other Marine of not earning all of his medals. It looks like the uniformed Marines were seated with their backs toward the door, which appears to be on the far left of the News 12 external Wendy's shot. The poster is in the window closest to the door. There's nothing in the second-most left window.

I agree. It's Kerry's finger. There is no frame.

And we know Kerry has a long index finger from the Middletown Times-Herald Record photo. He's pointing there, too.

Kerry's index finger is pointing at the viewer. He is not pointing at the Marine. Anyone with a computer and zoom this pic and tell.

If one the other hand you don't have a computer that zooms in and out, que mala suerte hermano.

Kerry points his finger at a Marine, and he truly will earn a purple heart.

Wrong--I may suggest you get a better computer monitor.
That is a finger--the depth and linear perspective fit the hand. If it were the top of a frame, you would see the rest of the frame behind Kerry's arm. I have an high reso, large LCD, flatscreen monitor and that is not a mirror frame.
