Kerry Sticks Finger In Marine's Chest -- NOT! Here's the Proof

The question is: "Is Kerry sticking his bony, well-manicured, girly, index finger in the chest of the Marine pictured here?"

The answer is "No."

After optimizing the pic with Photoshop and Image Optimizer, what looks like Kerry's finger is actually the top piece of a wooden frame that holds a mirror and is attached to the window.

There is another mirror just like it behind the Marine, to the right of his elbow.

Don't bother. Anyone who claims there is some tilted, partial picture frame stuck to a window in an abstract manner at exactly the correct angle to make it look like Kerry's finger (but totally askew with the rest of the framing around the window), is not living in reality. No amount of proof will convince that person otherwise. Fortunately, most of America who observed the picture, saw it for what it was, understood its significance, and reaffirmed to themselves why they needed to pull the lever for Bush on 2 November.

I have a different opinion. Look at Kerry's face (sorry about that!). He's not looking at anyone in particular but actually towards his hand. The so-called finger seems to be attached to the Marine's lapel. Could something be hanging from the Marine's lapel, like a name tag or something to aid Kerry in his photo op?

Nice find! This is the window in question and it is now perfectly clear that there is NO frame whatsoever in the window. Therefore, using my deductive power of reason, Kerry was pointing, or the Marine has a frame sticking out of his chest and Kerry was trying to dislodge it.

These two photos prove it conclusively:

You can see the two cameramen from the top picture in the space between Kerry and the Marine. From the top picture you see that there is no frame in the window. The only frame is in the corner window behind the Marine.
