IMHO katsup-boy will be scuttled to make way for hitlery, to make a move in 4 years. Remember that she and bozo still have a strangle hold on that party. Amen. I still think that Bill and Hill will do everything they can to see to it that Kerry loses. Hillery does not want to wait until 2012.

One of them in an interview referred to his Purple Hearts and made reference to Kerry being "shot three times."

Sounds to me he didn't know much about Kerry or his "heroism."

Don't worry. He has his small group, there are 250 men who served with him who are against him. You'll be seeing a lot of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth in the next few months.

I hope you all are right. I really pray that the Vets come forward that hate his guts and tell it like it is!!!

Only serving 4 and a half months in Nam..well......he couldn't have met TOO many Vets. heh!

Kerry opened his speech with "This is John Kerry, and I'm reporting for duty," whereupon he saluted. Can you believe it?

I posted this on another thread but will post it here as well:

My now deceased Viet Nam hubby, served 13 months in Viet Nam.  I believe he told me the biggest fight was in or for Da Nang.

They had to cut down trees and thick brush to make a clearing so they had clear view of any Con trying to sneak in on them.  They dug out bunkers to live underground.  Bunkers that reached 100 degrees in the day and nights of the hot humid summers.

Sometimes, they had to spend hours and hours in their bunkers because the Con kept firing incoming and the men couldn't go out until it stopped.  They shared their hot humid underground bunkers with black scorpions and rats.

Many spent the time telling jokes or writing letters home.  Others prayed.

They sat on self-made UNCOVERED toilets outside away from their bunkers (they had to dig a hole and construct the "seat") when they had to go.  Uncovered?  Yes.  So they could watch for incoming rounds. (I ask him 'how did you GO with everyone watching you?'  He said "Hey! when you gotta go you gotta go.  It was better for your guys to see you taking a s*it and be safe while you DO it.'

His outfit was subjected to Agent Orange over and over.  Crop dusters would fly over all the time dropping Agent Orange.  To 'kill the brush don't you know.'

He was out side the bunker on a quiet day when rounds started coming in and the rounds got him in the back and legs.  One of his men pulled him to safety.  To the day he died he still had shrapnel in his back and legs.

He received a Purple Heart, but he was able to bring that Purple Heart home alive, thank God.

If FnKerry had gone through HALF of what my hubby and the Army and Marines did during that time, I would have some respect for him.  But from the looks of it, FnKerry had a cushy job.  How the 'ell he received Purple Hearts is sure beyond me!  He should have walked a mile in MY hubby's boots just one  WEEK!

Kerry's wife's hair looks like a Red Frizzy Bozo Ball with her billions why can't she figure out what to do with her mop?

That really wasn't nice of me to say that...

I wonder why Bob Dole didn't think to say that in 1996?

The Vietnam Veterans Against Kerry and the Vietnam Veterans for the Truth think he is UNFIT for duty!

one wonders why they have such a different view of Kery than the majority of other vets who served with him?

First of all most of those people NEVER served with John Kerry. They may be vets, or they may not be. One really can't be sure exactly who they are. But lets fact it, there are a lot of veterans who are Democrats, even if they are a small minority. Why would ANYONE be a Democrat?

Money? (on the dole)

Family tradition (my daddy was a Democrat, so I am too)

Stupidity (this is always a good reason to be a Democrat)

I'm sure there are more.

Your Vietnam vet husband and his comrades were heroes who would have won the war were it not for the Johnson/McNamara no-win policy. And John F'ing Kerry did not protest our no-win policy, he instead demonstrated against his country and the very troops he served with -- a huge difference. Why else were Viet Cong and North Vietnamese flags waved at demonstrations led by Kerry?
