I've been gone from the too liberal and too taxing state of Merryland for a year now but I remember having so much hope when O'Malley was elected mayor.

Baltimore's mayoral office was so corrupt and the last do-nothing riding high on the hog mayor lined his pockets and not much else.

O'Mally seemed so personable, so no-nonsense. I'm so disappointed to see he's joined the rest of the corrupts.

I love it. Definitely different levels of Demcon. O'Malley was Demcon 4, IMO.

Martin O'Malley stood aside for the governor's race, on the suggestion of the Kennedy machine and did not contest Kathleen Kennedy Townsend for the Dem primary in MD. She was so not ready for prime time that a Republican beat her handily in a solid blue state, and we now have a Very popular and Very effective Governor Robert Ehrlich.

O'Malley is a very angry bitter pol, who is also a failed mayor.

I will be watching the gorgeous Jennifer Granholm with the volume off.

What a babe. What a liberal. What a waste.

And dumb as a plank.

Baltimore Mayor - The Barking Moonbat of Maryland

Baltimore Mayor Martin O'Malley spoke at a Kerry fundraiser on June 28, 2004 and said this:

"I remember after the attacks of September 11, as Mayor of the city, I was very, very worried about Al Qaeda... and still am. But I am even more worried about the actions and inactions of the Bush administration." More worried about Bush than AQ? When was the last time Bush beheaded somebody? When was the last time that Bush flew some aircraft into buildings?

I am all for reasoned debate, but this kind of absurd statement makes me disregard everything that might come out of his mouth. O'Malley has been an abject failure as mayor over in Baltimore, as can be typified by the rash of grotesque and miserable crimes that have taken place over the past few months. There were some children beheaded recently in his city. An elderly woman who informed on drug dealers in her neighborhood was literally firebombed in her house. Baltimore, a heavily democratic city, is making waves for being one of the most violent cities in the country.

With the rhetoric the Mayor is using, I certainly hope that reasonable democrats will distance themselves from him.

Thank you my friend. The bigoted and stupid, to boot, comment of Ashley Bell will be exposed on radio tomorrow, because the Democrats featured him on their stage tonight. And he has it coming. I knew that story was on FreeRepublic somewhere.

"The chemical attacks of COCAIN & HERION"..........

That's the kind of thinking that led to the earlier statement by someone (I'd have to look up who) that said we have WMD right here in our towns--referring to guns.

I do not think moderate Americans (who Fred Barnes think will be fooled by this thing) will buy the equating of these issues.

Isn't this about the fifteenth Dem from New Mexico they've put up, not to mention Richardson being chair? We see where their focus lies.

No speakers from Florida yet... Graham later tonight, but after that I don't think there's anyone else. I suppose they've just given up on us down here...

Congressman Harold Ford was just on with "Girlie Mahn" Matthews. Twice today he has used the term "people need to be able to buy beer". I don't know why he thinks that is what will convince people to vote for Sen. Ketchup.
