By the way, I think it's clear that Sharpton is grossly exceeding his time allotment. A couple times he's said things along the lines "wrapping up briefly," knowing that he's overstepping the bounds. There are THREE speakers scheduled to finish by 9 PM. They'll never make it. But who will dare to tell Al to shut up?
